Keep suspecting o. Please screenshot any bias message against the school authority or the ex-registrar I've shown here, apart from posting verifiable info that came out of the campus. My comments defending the School's Times Higher Educ. ranking, and commissioned projects, etc are here, please you can search them out. FYI, I'm a graduate of the school. Are you OK now? Cheers ![]() CodeTemplar: |
Did you graduate from CU or do you have a close individual of yours who works there? You can ask what obtains as it concerns the modus operandi on that campus. HigherEd: |
Well, virtually all Eagles who have encountered Ms. Coker can attest to her great personality and warm friendliness. But this new Info. is what has come of the campus. Whether its 100% true or not, Bishop Oyedepo won't order the sack of his staff if he's not convinced about indicting reports about the person submitted to him. Mind you, Muyiwa is not new to facing investigative panels about similar past allegations against him even as the DSA, yet the Bishop has never sanctioned him. So why now if he's completely innocent of recent allegations? HigherEd: |
If you ain't sure whether it's all lie or not, a reasonable thing I guess you could do also is to find a way to get to the campus and fact-check what's been posted. That said, the thread you were referring to was the one communicating the emerging Info from campus abt the man stepping down as Registrar, and trying to double-check, I also observed he had updated his FB profile to Fmr. Registrar. That screenshot of his FB page had him and his family as the FB page COVER Photo, which wasn't cropped out before being uploaded... I think @HigherEd raised the observation and the family photo was cropped out immediately. So referring to that here is just completely out of point. I only posted verifiable Info emerging from the campus, if you have a verifiable info to counter this, it would be nice to post it also. Regards. CodeTemplar: |

@thecualumni @the_cu_student Covenant University Sex Scandal: Bishop Oyedepo's Covenant fires and evicts Ex-registrar, Dr. Oludayo's Mistress. New information coming out from Covenant University campus seems the last has not been heard about the scandals against the university's Fmr. Registrar, Dr. Olumuyiwa Oludayo, as Bishop Oyedepo has ordered the termination of appointment and the eviction of the Administrative Officer of the Covenant University Alumni Office Headquarters on CU campus, Ms. Rachael Coker @rachaelcoker from the University's facility, on grounds of illicit sexual affairs with the Fmr. Alumni President and University's Registrar, Dr. Olumuyiwa Oludayo. It's was said that, the strong waves generated particularly via social media by the earlier students' sex misconducts accusations against Oludayo reached Bishop Oyedepo and he had mandated an investigative panel made up of the the church's senior pastors, some of whom are covenant university's faculty and staff, to dig to the bottom of the matter. The panel's investigation and wide consultations apparently revealed a lot about Dr. Oludayo's misconducts while holding different posts on campus - too badly this new revelation about him and Mrs Rachael happens to be one of such, and it's quite unfortunately! Prior to this, a report sent to the Bishop noted that, Oludayo as Registrar, had secretly moved the Ms. Rachael into the University's official staff residential estate on campus, from her apartment out of campus, without the knowledge or approval of the Vice Chancellor nor the Bishop, and while a number of the university's faculty and staff are still waiting on queue to be alotted official apartments. Shockingly it was found out that the Rachael's husband had quietly separated from her last year, when he discovered proofs of the duo's illicit affairs, so she was consequently moved into the university's staff residence by Oludayo afterwards. The bishop was astonished at these revelations and acts, ordered the immediate eviction of the lady from the staff residence. Unfortunately, all of these further led to the opening of more cans of worms about the illicit affairs between the two, the abuse of power, trust and privileges of the offices they both held. The matter became worse, after the Rachael's husband coincidentally, had come forward to report the affairs between Oludayo and his wife (with attached proofs) to the Bishop's office in the midst of all these scandals. I understand the Fmr Registrar's wife, Ms. @seunoludee was among the witnesses summoned to the panel but, she could not defend her husband (more like she been dey aware of the guys mess up before scandals exploded sef. Hmn!). It's just all embarrassing and unfortunate. Long story short - Dr. Olumuyiwa has not been sighted in public or on social media for many weeks now since stepping down. And his newly revealed mistress or say another side-chick, a mother of two boys (I even heard one of her boys is a current CU student) just got her appointment since 2010 by Oludayo, when he was the Alumni President, now terminated sadly. Too bad! May God have mercy on them. Amen!

Covenant University Registrar, Olumuyiwa Oludayo has finally stepped down. This is coming just few days after another CU Alumna, Osi Osi called him out openly over sexual misconducts allegations. Although both him and Covenant University Mgt are yet to publicly issue any response to these allegations, the University has come under widespread public criticisms and bashing, most particularly from her Alumni community across the world and these recent developments may not be unconnected with the continued demands and calls on the university to act approximately as regards these allegations. Oludayo has since been replaced with another official of the University by name, Dr. Lanre Amodu who is now the Acting Registrar. Until this new role, Dr. Amodu was the Director in the Office of the Vice Chancellor. He was also a Former HOD of the Department of Mass Comm. A quick look at Olumuyiwa Oludayo's profile: As a Covenant University Student, He was: 1. One of the CU pioneer students in 2002; and graduated with a 2:1 and as the best graduating student in Human Resources Mgt. in 2006. 2. Pioneer Students' Council/Union Chairman (2002-2005) 3. Was arguably the most trusted student by the University Chancellor, Oyedepo and the MGT; 4. The Chancellor, Oyedepo actually declare him as his friend (not just a student) openly before the general students' assembly. This made him the envy and role model of some of his peers. As a CU Alumnus (Eagle): 1. Pioneer President of the CU Alumni Association (2006-2014) 2. Pioneer BOT Chairman of the Alumni Association till date. 3. Openly ascribed unto himself the title, the "Lead Eagle" of the Alumni. 4. The Chancellor, Oyedepo reaffirmed him as his friend openly before the Alumni Annual General Assembly (a.k.a CU Eagles' Summit). As a CU Employee: 1. He resumed as a Graduate Assistant in 2007 after his NYSC. 2. He was Assistant Chaplain at the University Chaplaincy. 3. MSc. in HR Mgt. in 2008. 4. Appointed Dean of Students' Affairs by the Chancellor, Oyedepo (2010 - 2011). 5. Thus he became the 1st CU graduate and the youngest person to become a member of Mgt and Senate. 6. He was appointed the Registrar @ age of 32, by the Chancellor, Oyedepo (2013 - 2015). 7. He was adjudged the "Youngest University's Registrar in Africa @ age 32" 8. Ph.D HR Mgt. (2014) 9. He was appointed the Director of the African Leadership Development Centre of the University by the Chancellor, Oyedepo (2015 - 2017). 9. He was appointed again as the Registrar by the Chancellor, Oyedepo (July 2017 - Aug. 2018). 10. After his 2nd term as Registrar, he hand over to another appointee of the Chancellor, a pastor in winners chapel. 11. Few days later, he was reappointed as the Registrar, on claims that, "no suitable replacement was found in his place" (Aug. 2018 - Oct. 2018), until these allegations became a public issue. Arguably, Oludayo has been the "Most Powerful Employee" of Covenant University as he has nearly 100% backing and authority of the Chancellor, Oyedepo. Thus, 1. He enjoyed unrestricted access to the Chancellor, Oyedepo. 2. He's widely tagged the Chancellor's Friend, Confidant and Adviser. 3. He stood as the Chancellor's Eye at various Mgt/Senate meetings and key decision/policy-making meetings. 4. He was a key signatory to the University's Bank Accounts; until he signs any cheque, no money is released (whether approved by the VC or the Director of Finance). 5. And more and more. No doubt, Olumuyiwa Oludayo has not only distinguished himself, but he also has enjoyed highly favored access to power and resources within Covenant University structure. But rather unfortunate how these unfalsifiable allegations of sexual misconducts against him have soiled the great reputation of an intelligent young man like him. Indeed, 'Money, Power and Women' are very important things any man destined for the top in life must be very careful about. I sincerely pray for his restitution and recovery. Amen!

While the Registrar of Covenant University, Dr. Olumuyiwa Oludayo is yet to respond publicly to the various sexual misconducts allegations levelled against him, his wife with IG handle: @seunoludee has posted this lovely message of her IG page. Following weeks of sexual harassment allegations against the registrar of Covenant University, Dr. Olumuyiwa Oludayo, another female graduate of the University has come to allege that the registrar sexually exploited her consistently, when he was the Dean of Students' Affairs at the University. The lady, by Facebook name: "Osi Osi", is a 2011 graduate of Covenant University. She highlighted how Dr. Muyiwa Oludayo (then Mr. Muyiwa Fadugba) consistently sexually exploited her when she was an undergraduate at Covenant University. Now she has courageously come out to boldly challenge Dr. Oludayo to come out and deny this accusation against him. She posted this on the official Facebook group page of the Covenant University Alumni Association. See screenshots below: The last one is a picture of Osi and Oludayo (as Dean of students' affairs), in 2011 during her BSc graduation thanksgiving at the University's chapel, as seen on her Facebook profile.

Brother, google.com is on your finger tips. Why not do a search on how similar reputable institutions and organizations handled sexual allegations against their officials. Even OAU that's not boasting about being in top 1000 ranked world class Univ. dealt responsively with the sexual misconduct case involving Prof Akindele. Afterwards have you heard any public bashing against OAU again? So let CovenantU act responsibly before this whole mess further explodes and throw shits on the faces of all we her stakeholders. Nuff Said! CodeTemplar: |
You're free to have whatever suspicions you chose to. I've been on nairaland to read news and relevant information, as a guest for over 5years. So if I now want to make a post here about an issue that personally affects me and mine, and nairaland says I must Register first, how is that an issue? Whether he resigns or eventually sacked, that's CU's & the guy's business. My concern is for the school to act in accordance with intn'l best practices, as it pertains to all the revealing sexual allegations that are strong enough to dent the image of the acclaimed World Class Institution. Dear All, Info coming out from CU campus as regards this sex allegation case, says their stand is: 1. that the accused official should just continue with his daily duties and assignments, and stop bothering about responding to anybody. 2. that the ex-student in question who started all the whole public outcry on twitter has been discredited as a liar, with his leaked voice notes and the subsequent responses from the other two ladies involved in his saga. 3. that so, the alleged publicly circulated chat screenshots are not tenable as evidences under this discredited circumstances. 4. that anyone who alleges any misconduct should come out and speak up, with concrete and reliable evidences (audio, video, etc). 5. that all the public bashing, raising dust on social media and the online petitions, amount to nothing without concrete evidences. 6. that except concrete evidences are tendered, all allegations will just appear like foolishness and stupidity before MGT board and Papa (Oyedepo). 7. that until persons are courageous enough to step out with concrete evidences, the accused has no case to answer. Thank you. ... ... ... So, you guys are advised to either step out with concrete evidences, or stop raising unnecessary dust in the public domain; and better go and face your personal life and businesses. ... Lol! Bishop Oyedepo's Covenant University fires Professor & a female staff for sexual immorality, as massive calls amongst the Alumni for due investigation & sanctioning in response to the ongoing sexual misconduct allegations against the Univ. Registrar thicken. In the wake of the aftermath of Oprah Winfrey Oscars #metoo campaign, earlier this year on Jan. 8th, 2018, a Unilag Alumnae by name, Aigbeme Okonkwo shared on her FBook, how 12years ago, her academic course adviser, then Dr. Louis Egwari sexually harassed & intimidated her. She stated out of deep concern that Egwari is now a faculty at CU & feared he might be a similar sexual predator to the female students. Eight months after her FB post, CU fires Prof Egwari who was caught pants down live and right in his office with a married female staff who just returned from Maternity leave. Unknown to him the School's MGT had put him under surveillance, wired his office with a secret CCTV. Both of them have since been fired. Egwari rose to the position of a Professor in the BioSci Dept. in 2010/11 and he is said to have to his credit about two Patents for his research innovations: Pawpaw Tea (a.k.a Pawka) & Grounded Rice Meal. He was also one of the several CU's faculty, ordained by Bishop Oyedepo to serve as associate pastors at his church, faith tabernacle. His sack came some days ago, ahead of the current ongoing sexual allegations against the Registrar & school at the moment. It's really sad that some of the people that Bishop Oyedepo has appointed to help him run his divine assignment and vision are apparently wolves in sheep's clothing. It was also reported that it is on record that, a popular Fmr. Chaplain @ Covenant University, who is still one of Oyedepo's key pastors and board members till date, impregnated his house maid (who has been on the run for fear for her safety), but shockingly till date, the said pastor still officiates at Winners sunday services, he usually seats next to Oyedepo's wife, Pastor Faith every Sunday @ the Tabernacle, Ota. We only hope Oyedepo will take necessary actions before these wolves run down his entire ministry for him. Enough said!

[quote author=HigherEd post=71120366]Dr Oludayo isn't just any lecturer, he is the Registrar and Bishop's well loved protege. Women likes him and he also likes women... I don't believe he harrassed anyone. He deserves to be sacked! The past chaplain warned him but he wouldn't listen. They flock around the guy claiming he is their mentor - the girls now competing for attention probably have now destroyed him. ... I heard he resigned yesterday night after they kept tagging his wife who he said is in trauma right now... CU on its own has tried on her part to ensure lecturers can't harrass students. Rules banning students from staff quarters has been enforced, lecturers have been required to open doors when attending to female students, a lecturer who was accused by a unilag grad some months back for harrassing her 10 years ago had his office wired with a CCTV only to be caught banging another married CU lecturer with one child... ....
