I have been thinking through myself, and it's mostly towards the students. Some of them should have skills that they can use to feed themselves in school and some would want to learn too. Let's start from there to know these set of people..

Secondly, once we achieve that, we can have a central account where people who wants to help in achieving the aim above donate. From there we can reach out to the few and lucky ones whom we are sure are ready to learn.
