it's all dependent on who's handling the project and the requested features, etc.

Best way to go about it is discussing with a few designers and or developers and go for the one you think is okay with your budget BUT mind you, cost isn't all that needs to be taken into consideration.

The hyphen in the domain is not good at all...

Find a way to come up with a smarter ideal domain name.

Also,

get a .com cos it is cool for branding.

I noticed some post pictures are inserted in the bottom. Move them up to the top cos that is where they ought to be.

Looking at the navigation, i saw three buttons with no link label and link destinations.

Remove them if you don't need them or work on them and edit them properely.

The color combination is cool...
