look up for any NIIT office around you. I heard they are quite good. But you can still learn it inside your bedroom if you are a self-learner like me. The internet is the biggest thing that has ever happened to mankind. At a click of button you can access all the information you want, get all the help you want and do all the pratical you may have to do. listen guys... Be it as it may, coding by yourself using notepad, notepad++, sublime and other plain text-editors is the best... You have to admit the truth. A beginner that learns with a wysiwyg program will always be a beginner. If you want to challenge your creative mind go raw....code raw...code from scratch. I have nothing against wysiwyg programs because they really help a lot... Actually they are tremendous.. How will you react when you get an ecommerce site to bbuild from scratch under one week? wysiwyg programs will come to the rescue. But i still say this....wysiwyg programs have limitations...there is no doubt about that...there are some certain functions you need to raw code for you to get your desired effect. That is why every pro webmaster have to get at let one of this wysiwyg programs to help him when faced with limited time, but you don't have to rely on it. Now to the beginner and would be webmaster i say unto you.... Desist and run away from any wysiwyg programs if you really want to be a terrific webmaster. Not only that, by not using wysiwyg programs you fasten your learning rate and expands your creative mind. Later on when you have/mastered the art of web designing you can then start using it as a helper to you not as a must for you. hahahaaaaaaa.... Well the i get you, but you should have explained to him cos he doesn't understand it. Of course what he sees are advert pop ups. He thinks he can just write a code in his website for that. It is only possible if you hack that website, then you can write a redirect code to redirect every visit to it to your own. Pew! it must be you are not targeting the right keywords for your site in your seo, or that the keywords you are targeting is hard for you to rank high in it since you have a new site. You need to look into your seo optimization, the keywords you target; are they specific or general? Specific and keywords with less competition will rank you higher. Then your social campange, how is it going? Are you really doing it the right way. You need to get the words out to many social networks like twitter, google+, facebook, this nairaland forum, linkedin, and others. Go and find your audeince or they won't find you. Like someone has said above, i will advice you give a foriegn host a shot. Nigerian host sucks for now...maybe sooner than later they gonna upgrade. Anyways, i recommend www.namecheapt.com for its excellent service and good support center. Like the name implies, it is the cheapest you can find that doesn't trade quality for low cost hosting. But what you are to look for is its specifications.... 4gb, or 8gb ram, 500gb hard disk, 4.0 hz processor i think a laptop with this specifications will last, perform fast and met your memory needs. #myHumbleOpinion |

one truth you got to know is that the guy is not being straight with you! You got to be careful, and note: he is still with your domain and hosting credentails, so apply tactics and common sense or he will become a bully and milk you dry. Like someone has said above. Creating a theme from scratch can cost much, but i doubt if the guy in question here can do it, given the way he acted. OP there is no doubt that what you said is true.... And it is an excellent article... But have got to talk with a hacker? Have you got the chance to know what made them tick? Have you in anyway thought deep as to how the term HACKER and HACKING come about... I bet it might not be what you think.... I bet you might be surprised by what i have to disclose to you....
