Any Man U fan who claims he expected Barca to sweep United away in 2009 finals must be lying. They were shouting CR7 up and down then as he was the reigning world best, they were the defending champions and had their players fit and full of confidence coupled with their strong defence as against our makeshift defence. I could remember my Pastor even wanted to bet with me then as we had to make do with a makeshift defence, play unfit players in Iniesta and Henry. They never expected what they got served.
It was the 2009 loss that made them fear us in 2011 final.

Hello guys, so yesterday i swapped my glo sim yesterday for the new 4G sim. I paid N500 (100 for the sim and 400 credit) and i was told to wait till this morning to activate it because their system is down (shocker ). I use a samsung galaxy s6 edge plus and i live in Ajah so i meet the requirement for having a 4G enabled phone that meets the networks band 28 (700) and also being present in one of the locations that 4G is live.

I activated the sim around 8:30 am and i bought the N500 (1.6 gb for 7 days) so i can test run it. I started by doing a speed test and it clocked 4.50 mbps (impressive) so i decided to watch four youtube videos and i must say it did not buffer one bit. i proceeded to instagram and snapchat and all the videos loaded very fast and i decided to do a 4th test which was to download using UC browser and that was when the problem started. I discovered that it was very very very slow and i looked at the signal and alas it was showing a tiny edge . I thought it was supposed to be 4G. It clearly felt like a rip off or a scam and the i did another speed test which was an appalling 0.67 mbps. Through out the day it was showing the tiny edge and i did different tests at different times of the day (see picture) and i must say i am really disappointed. I just hope Glo is not selling dreams (never really a fan of glo as i use spectranet mifi).

I dont know if other people have a experience with this supposed 4G LTE. If you do kindly share your experience.

My best Barca Moment : There are a lot of great moments I have had while watching Barca play, but this one was the Greatest of them all.
It was in 2009,at Stamford Bridge. I was reeling from the fact it was turning out to be old Trafford(2008) all over again. I almost wept. The whole Chelsea people in my street were taunting me, I felt so terrible that at the 88th minute, I told myself it's over. Immediately I left where I was watching the match, and entered my house, I heard a great goal shout. I thought Chelsea has scored again. My heart almost broke. Immediately, my friend rushed to our house and started shouting like a madman.
I don't I think have ever had such surge of joy in my life. My own madness surpassed his, I ran out and started shouting up and down our street barebodied . I came back to our house, wore my full Barca attire and headed straight to The main road. O boy! Come see other barca fans madness na!
I have to add though that my celebration for when we won Manchester United at the final was great, but that Iniesta moment against Chelsea is it!

Dmcdad always applies diplomacy not to get engaged with you on issues. I can bet it , if you write that ramos is the best defender of all time today. He wont fault it. He will stay aloof. But let any madrid fan write that, you will see him bringing stats to paint ramos as the worst cb ever. I understand him very well.

Neymar is good, but not extraordinary. No one is going to bow at Neymar's feet. Not happening. Ronaldinho was good, but Barcelona was not an all conquering team with him in it. Between 2003- 08 he was there, Barca featured in the champions league finals just once and won the champions league just once. EPL teams won it twice and featured in the finals 4 consecutive times.

There are not going to be another Messi and Ronaldo for every long time after they are gone.

Say all you want, but money bought Madrid it's status in Europe today, Madrid would not be able to price away a Ronaldo from United today, United will offer him any ridiculous amount of money available to keep him.

It was money that drew the likes of Suarez, Henry, Bale, Modric, etc to Barca and Madrid. With money they have now, EPL teams will tie those talents down with ridiculous wage allowances and keep Barca and Madrid in the Lurch. Gone are the days when you say jump, and EPL teams ask how high.

Between 2003-2014, Madrid kept throwing ridiculous amount of money to their problems until it clicked. EPL teams are set to do the same.

Suarez, Neymar and Bale are good, but they are not Ronaldo or Messi and will never give you the advantage Messi and Ronado did.
Suarez is an old man too, won't be around for long.

I already explained bro.. Personally, I wasn't comfortable with the way he always chose to pass back to the keeper.. With France, you'd agree... He gives those long precise balls.. I've watched him for France and some other Barça matches... I was proud he plays for Barça...He starts the attack from the back.. Remember how he had the most completed passes at the Euros?? Those passes weren't back passes, he isn't Carrick..But in that match.. All he did (passing) was give the ball the Mats or throw an innaccurate long ball... He did his job by defending very well, considering the kind of formation..but I won't settle for just that.. It's my team and it's important to point out those little concerns..

Take for instance when pique was injured by Silva.. That was in the process of showing that confidence I'm talking about.. Pushing the ball even in the midst of 2 or 3 players..


Umtiti was somewhat shaky..


As for John stones... Remember when he took on Suarez.. Pushed the ball forward, and at least made a decisive pass to sterling.. Umtiti would've passed back to mats in that situation and maybe given us a cause to show concern..

That tide of one way flow of players from EPL to la liga will never happen again with the mega money of EPL TV deal now on board, you can never price away top talents from
EPL. United already showed you the future with your failed bid to capture De gea. EPL top guns can now afford to pay their top talents whatever Barca and Madrid can afford to.

Messi and Ronaldo won't be around forever. Soon the tide will turn for ever. Your league and teams will be eventually transformed to poaching ground for EPL top teams.
