I think its time I come into the e-misunderstanding going on here. Oga sabiguy, that word poverty is a bastard shudnt hav come from u because its highly erroneous if actually u wanted to justify the need to pay or not to pay the money for call up numbers. is justifying it even neccessary in the first place? Many peeps here can pay the money tax2 but they don't see it as anything worth the 4k on their own sides. I can as well pay it big times if I choose to. Poverty is a bastard according to ur own perception of things but as for me I don't see it as a poverty related per se. Everyone is entitle to his or her opinion sha.. Some peeps are justifying the need to pay because they feel they hav fallen for their trips while those refusing to pay got too many reasons as I see it.. Let's not continue to justify it rather everyone should propagate whateva his or her own reasons are. So pls let's unite here and put a stop to justifying payment or no payment for call up numbers. I think a stop to justifying it will save us the stress of typing erroneous words tend to provoke peeps.. |
nabsprada:thanks for the mention...it can neva be complete witout u too..I wish u happy bday n llnp..hope dis is not too late pls cheer up! |

westinfo4040: |
sdot4:my broda, corrupt practices to much for this country oo..if the nysc boss is not corrupt,he won't start releasing call up numbers now..wat he his doing now is compelling us to start paying. |
Hello everybody..cool greetings to my e-fam.. I miss everybody here..too many mentions for me and I am so sorry I couldn't reply to them because of my tight schedules..anyway,its this call up number that compelled me to come in even as I am still very busy.. NYSC has now fully changed its policies to exploitative policies..imagine the inconsistency on d side of the nysc officials.. According to the promulgated time table we shud be expecting our call up numbers as from 15th and 16th of this month...if I may ask wats the hurry all about? Are they trying to mandate us to start paying because they already known that their new policy is aiming to failure or rather compelling us to pay because they need the money more than federal govt bank itself. As for those rushing to pay,pls I will advice you conferm first that u ar mobilized bfore u pay because if not u wud later regret paying the money. as for me I no pay and I will not be compel to pay. I have the money but I will not pay...the 4k reach me take drink orijin for joefel inside campus wen I go pick my call up letter... I hail the house! |
Good mornin Nosk4, wats up wit ur night? |

GOOD MoRNING E-Fam! I wish you all a better day and happy weekend. |
When the Australian negotiator, Dr Stephen Davis, alleged that an unnamed top official of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) was among the sponsors of the Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria; many people took his words with a pinch of salt as he had also named a former Chief of Army Staff, retired Lt Gen Azubuike Ihejirika, and former Governor Ali Modu Sheriff. Nigeria’s Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka, has added his voice to this allegation, affirming that his own independent findings showed that the same individual is indeed culpable. He went on to say that the name of the person has been made available to the highest authority in the land. The question on the lips of Nigerians is: who is this person? What is so special about him that he cannot even be named to the public? Why can’t he be brought out for the public to see the person who has helped in sending thousands of Nigerians to their early graves while the nation is faced with the greatest threat to her unity since the Nigerian civil war nearly fifty years ago? Why has the CBN remained silent about this issue, since its name is being dragged to the mud? Why hasn’t the CBN seen it fit to tell Nigerians what it knows about this matter? Happily, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), a social crusader organisation, has taken up the challenge and given the CBN a fourteen-day ultimatum, based on the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act. SERAP demands information about the persons involved in the money laundering and sponsorship of Boko Haram sect. A statement from the group said "the CBN Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele, is required to explain the exact nature of any such transactions". I sincerely commend SERAP for wading into this matter clinging to the force of the FOIA. Let's wait patiently to see how the CBN under a new manager, Emefiele, will respond to this challenge. It will be a major metric for measuring the seriousness he attaches to his work and the need to keep the Bank clean of scandals. I am greatly worried that the Presidency and the security agencies have chosen to keep the Nigerian public in the dark about the truth or otherwise of this individual’s involvement. Although the very thought that an individual in the top echelon of Nigeria’s ultimate Bank and regulator of the financial system will become a bank roller of our enemy, yet it is only such a high level conspiracy that can make Boko Haram to grow into the monster it has become. When this fellow is identified, tried and convicted, we will expect him to face the full wrath of the law. |
