She is not trying to high jack it, she said she is going to refund cause the fund is fraudulent, he said she shouldn't refund that i should convince her.
She got furious and left for work.
She probably is still at work, stays a month or so.
Like I said, she will refund when she is back.
The fund in questions was money he scammed someone to pay for lodging.
Like they open an account on booking.com and create a profile, convince people to pay.
I didn't know it was scam either cause he said it was a gift.
Until the account owner sent prove to show it was.

Like I told him, she was furious cause I lied about the fund, she said she will attend to me when she is back she had an emergency at work.
She is a USA naval officer she hasn't been online since that morning.
I sent him link of her profile to check it himself and see her job.
Now, the fund in question is a scam fund which is very very likely of getting chargeback as the sender paid for a lodge which she won't get.
I asked him to excercise patient while I try a possible means of reaching her or her reaching back, she won't be at work forever. She isn't a scammer either as I have been dealing with her for years.

If fund is clean would have found ways to settle him but she clearly told me she will refund it.
I already told him, I don't mind you adding me to scammers list if that will give him the satisfaction he craves but once this is sorted he can state it here for my name to be removed.

Gave him tag, he sent street fund, though didn't ask him if it's street or not but I gave him rate for clean funds.
He sent it but the description was payment for lodging and name of the lodge when googled showed it was a scam.
Asked him so I can at least be certain, he claimed it was dating I asked for proof he couldn't provide enough proof to buttress his claim. I trusted his words and tried convincing the lady it was clean, she got furious dropped proof that it was scam, picture of the paid lodge on Google and the description on cashapp. she claimed my intention was to charge back after sometime and I had no interest protecting our 5yrs relationship, she said she is going to work on an emergency and will attend to me when she is back. She said she will refund.
Since then she hasn't been online.
She is a US naval officer. I sent him her profile to see for himself if possible contact her.
I guess maybe because of the little conflict in Israel or something she is unreachable.
Normally she attends to me in minutes but she hasn't been online since then.
I could have paid if the funds are clean but the possibility of a chargeback is on a 90%.
So I told him to be a patient till she drops a proof of refund.

Blurred documents means go back to the original EC4A. Subpoenae the copies with the DPO and then cross check them. The LP lawyers failed to do that and instead turned up with photocopy" paper that lacked probative value.

Why in the world will you refuse to present primary evidence and then resort to secondary evidence when the primary residence is not lost or damaged? Those LP lawyers were either under a spell or grossly misinformed about the evidence act.

I cant believe that, so this is what I think happened...

The senior lawyers in the LP and Atikus camp were so full of themselves they did not allow dissent from younger lawyers who might have provided contrary opinions. The benefit of democratising the lawyers trial conference was thus lost and the senior lawyers became a single point of failure.

I have seem this happen again and again when there are too many egos in the room.

Blurred Copies.Nobody knows who signed and who didn't sign, which scores are there. Blurred and totally unreadable.. Nobody said that anything were correct or wrong.Nothing was readable. And nobody said IREV. INEC were told to bring the CTCs of the original EC8As, EC8Bs, EC8Cs, EC8Ds and so on.

And that was what they brought..And inside the ones that are supposed to be CTCs of EC8As; 18,088 of them were totally blurred and unreadable.Where did IREV come in here?? Or are you saying that CTCs of original copies are not acceptable too?
