Some people are criminals, it is in their blood and trust me, they will keep coming with different tactics using different names, monikers, number etc...

There is nothing like TRUST in business whether online or offline business. You mustn't close your two eyes when dealing with people. Some are just animals.

Any deal that requires big fund, you should always insist on using escrows ( stop transacting with so much trust).

Some criminals are here also with different monikers charging back PayPal funds. I will start updating this thread everyday with names and details of these criminals.

Yes I'm owing her this money but it was due to business went wrong. I do get account from different vendors I have to attend to Edd transfers, but sometimes different people do end up sending the same account. I go the account I used for the one in July from a guy I've been dealing with for a while and went with him cos he was the only one who matched the rate she demanded.

But once the money was sent and it was time for payment, the guy told me it was his personal client and he wasn't responding again. But I've made part payment of 2M to dmostcheerful then.

This particular person that I used uses a foreign number for WhatsApp so I couldn't call me since I got blocked.

I appealed to her that I'll be paying in installments till I'll complete it.

But business was very poor as I venture into PayPal and got multiple chargebacks some were even as old as 25 days after the PayPal has been sent (it was later I got to know that it was a new format by yahoo guys to send and request for charge backs after collecting naira).

I have multiple people I'm owing some are here which include engrksa, jamebex and braindee, while some are offline which has lead to my arrest and I've written multiple letter of undertaking on how to make payments.

When I received the message from someone about funds wire transfer and Edd for sale, I tried explaining to the person that I've had issues with funds in the past and I stopped cos I no longer want problems,but at the same time so it as an opportunity to probably earn and pay her off, I messaged few people I have and 2 people gave me accounts, one looked familiar and I called the guy and ask his if he had ever used the account for Edd before, he said no and since I don't have the records again I couldn't confirm. I forwarded it to dmostcheerful and she found out it was the account that I was told by the previous guy that the client is no longer responding to him.

There's only so little I can do to make up with this debts obligations.

This is not the first deal I've had with her and come through. 2022 has been challenging for me but I'll pay all debts by God's Grace

He doesn't answer my calls, he didn't even honor our agreement and had no intention of paying.
Assuming he was even paying this money as he said or replying to my chats normally I won't border posting this. As someone who used my money to do what he needs, he should have at least be paying me but then no. I have others I have to pay too irrespective of what is happening around me.

I am typing this with tears in my eyes because what I am passing through I don't think I deserve every aspect of it.

On July 22nd of this year, I messaged Dapzyadix that I have 5k edd for sale. He sent me an account and I sent it. I waited for payment and it's not forth coming.
Later he said the owner ran with the money.
Out of 2.6million he sent only 2million and said he will send the rest in batches.
Letter he paid me 150k and stopped paying as at last month when I posted about Emmanuelike I told him I will post him too he paid me 50k and said he will pay in batches.
Something triggered me to chat him with another account yesterday. I did and that same edd account he gave me he was claiming owner said client run he gave me same account.
Like he literally used my money and started telling me story cause he is still dealing with same buyer.
Everyone that knows this guy should tell him to balance me my 400k.
I don't want batch payment cause it's uselessing the money and even in the batches as he claimed he isn't compliant.
I have lost this particular supplier cause of the issues that arises with this particular fund.
Right now I don't have any major supplier cause of this major story and it's affecting me and my family.
Earlier this year I collected 3million from my husband to pay abyima out of the money zenith debited from my account.
Have spent over 3million too with the police and balancing everyone.
My husband will not come and die because he married me, the whole of this year we barely achieved nothing except one issue to the other.
I am seriously depressed I am.barely looking at my kids and carrying on.
You should know how a business will survive if 7million is debited from it in a space of 2months.

I decided to respond to this cus of 2 things.

1. My reputation and
2. My responsibility to my friends and customers.

on 7th of October, 2021, i bought a total of 14,700 usd funds from Oluchi,
5k and 9.7k


i paid for d 5k after confirmation.

the 9.7k. it turned out was sold to a guy that was working with someone i had sold limited paypal accounts to.

paypal wiped the said account after i sold them to him, i replaced with other limited accounts. but he couldnt withdraw from them, cus of paypal new policies. In a bid to get his money, which we were still delibrating on. he had 3 of my limited account with him with funds almost equivalent to that. He Wrote a petition. got me arrested and demanded a refund and a 100% damages. I paid his money. Sadly, Oluchi's Money was used to pay him, once i was released. i filled a Fundamental Human right suit against the said man, the police for violating my rights and using the police as a debt recovery agency, said suit is till being delibrated before a court as i type this.

i came back, spoke to Oluchi, Told her what happened, that i will pay her.

Infact b4 i came back, A dispute group has been created, with me, her supplier, and 2 other people involved in the chain of the fund. I found out the amount she was supposed to pay her suppliers. i didn;t want her to owe them, thiking she was my padi and would understand.

I sold all my crypto stash. sold a lot of things. put up so many things up for sell, raised 90% of the money she was supposed to pay her suppliers, Paid her, she paid them, in time i sent the rest. remaining her supposed profit. i told her, honestly, for now. i cant get you this money, you have seen the issue i had. hold one. once i raise this money. i will pay. even if it 50% of your supposed profit.

The Next month. i got into another case. Almost 5k usd. charged back. I started battling that one. the next month another chargeback almost 4kusd. the next week, anothe chargeback, these chargebacks piled up soo much i couldnt even keep count. SOme members of this forum are aware. I quit Exchange Business cus of these chargebacks. Now i only do e-com, i am still paying some of the chargebacks. some have gone to court, some have threatened fire and Okija shirine like Oluchi is doing now. Truth is. I never intend to owe her.

all this charegbacks are from other people who i bought funds for a profit.

so technically they owe me, but some have relocated. some have simply gone lowkey. some have even died. As a man. i didn;t compain, i simply bent down and started paying. Oluchi is the least person i expect to come on nairaland to drag me for 200k. the money i owe her is nowhere near 290k. it's 150kish. i have records of all the payments, etc.

Please I want to use this opportunity to let nairalanders know that the person with username Emmanuelike with phone numbers 08101313430 and 07018229163 has been owing me since last year and he refuse to pay up 294k of my money, since this year I haven't received even a penny from him.
I sold Paypal funds to him, he sent the fund to someone he was owing and the person deducted his money and he refuse to pay me my balance.
Paypal that he sold to the person and even spend profit, since this year what he is telling me is that he doesn't have any money and even if he do that other people are owing him and they haven't paid him either, I have done the least I could do which is notifying nairalanders cause he even told me even if I go to the police, they will only arrest him and he will tell me how he would want to pay. This time around I am so frustrated and I don't have and his approach too isn't helping issues.
Of recent he doesn't answer my calls he said even if I report him to nairaland he doesn't trade here again.
Now since both police and nairaland won't work he has pushed me enough.
I told someone of my plan since I am in the east and he said i should report to nairaland before I take any further action.
I am not telling nairaland for them to intervene but I am telling you people so you will hear my own story because I am giving him 3days to pay me else I am going to Okija for him.
And that time that money with penalty will come out but he might not get me to attend to him.

He paid me 6million instead of 5.8m and said I should use the rest and buy things for the kids. February ending I received money for Paypal from a username abyima 3.9million.
Zenith bank but the above money on ledger balance and for 3days they couldn't tell me what was wrong with my account.
It was my account manager who was my school mate that told me my account was lien cause of 6million I received, that I should go make a statement to the police with a lawyer, I was 8months gone then.
It was later I learnt my account was use to collect ransom by kidnappers.
In turn I sent the person BTC (without my knowledge)
This year alone I have spent it paying depts I know nothing about and for police case.
I have already exhausted my patient and I am already frustrated.
I have paid Abyima 3.3million out of the 3.9million zenith sent back to the victim and also paying other depts too, I am also human if I should go to the extreme to retrieve my money it is not wickedness again.
I have asked God everything I should ask as a human being.
3.9million plus 3million plus money for police case which have already exceeded 3million. My husband is already tired and so am I.
Aside Emmanuel another nairalander is owing me but I am only being patient cause he said 3days time.
Any action I took further let no one blame me.
Cause Emmanuel will hear from Okija shrine soon and its not my fault, so far I am determined to retrieve this money with any means possible.
