Hello! I am a PhD student in one of Nigerian Universities and I am currently working on research proposal revolving around Constituency communication among federal legislators in the country. However, one grey area I am currently grappling with is the accessibility of these legislators (seantors/House of rep Members) for data gathering. Closely related to this the possibility that these legislators themselves, not one of their aides, will fill my questionnaire.
