Nozzle:
Very straight forward process
Go to WES website, click on WES Canada (top right hand corner)
Go to Educational Credential Assessment ECA for CIC Get started
Click on Apply, fill up the form, Pay the fees online
Get your ECA Number...scribble it down somewhere.
Go to your School, Tell them your want to apply for transcript and for what purpose
Chances are that other people processing EE have also done similar thing so they probably have a format/template already.
You need to include your ECA Number on your transcript, so they can identify that the transcript is yours,
You will send the hard copy, sealed and addressed with your ECA Number
WES will prepare your ECA and send you electronic copy to your email.
and that's all you need for the EE process

Do the WES also send an E_copy to email or just hardcopy to postal address

I enjoy UnionMobile app from union bank. Simple because the app is more reliable and customer friendly than the services rendered by some union bank staff.

Concerning WES ECA, will I also receive an online assessment report apart from the hardcopy that would be sent to my address.?

Op might be right saying he actually spent 30k for the wedding. I guess other expenses were done by families and friends,which he didn't mention to us..
Last year, a friend of mine did an early morning mass wedding in our Parish (I believe some catholics know what I mean), entertaining few guests. And I knew then that he spent upto 200k let alone Op's where he had much guests.

I know some of us on android OS may have been stuck with this message, leaving one with no choice other than factory reseting your Android phone.
This happened to me today while trying to re-arrange my status bar, but fortunately for me, i found a solution.
Step 1: while still closing the frequent message popping up, go to settings
Step 2: Go to app and navigate to all apps
Step 3: Locate the app System UI and open it
Step 4: click on "clear data"
Behold, that was the end of the pop up. I just saved myself from factory reset.

I think you should try. You can request your school to quote the email on the covering note for the transcript, asking WES to request verification through the email. I however saw on their website that the email should be one that can be found on the school's website

Bought this power bank in December 2014.
I now attest to the fact that the srac power bank, or maybe mine in particular is 10000 MAH and not 20000 MAH as stated.
Since day one of usage, It only charges my gionee m2 4200mah battery just twice (from more than 10% to 100%).
4200mah + 4200mah + other loss =1000mah.
