I know most of us are waiting patiently for the push notifications to upgrade to Windows 10 after the Reservation of the free update.
But follow the steps to get your upgrade running
1. Open command prompt
2. Type "wuauclt.exe/updatenow" without the quotation mark.
3. Viola. Check windows update menu and Windows 10 will be downloading.
Make sure you have a strong Internet connection to do this.

i have been having the same issue all day. submitted my profile thrice today and stl profile ineligible. i wonder why pple arent even being responsive here. on canadavisaforum, they are quite responsive and are assisting pple like us with such issues.
