To begin, what is your reason for your interest in medicine and surgery? If it is to make money, have a quick job after graduation, or to actualize your parent's dream or peer pressure, you should consider rethinking.
If otherwise, you should bear in mind that getting what one truly wants isn't always easy. Hence, you should devolt more time in studying, praying, attend tutorials and study past questions. Most importantly, why waste your high scores on UI where the demand and competition is high. Seek other schools, especially the ones in your state or zone. Remember, no one would ask about the medical school you attended unless you have done exceedingly well or woefully wrong.
Lastly, accept any other course given to you, have a feel of the university environment and keep applying while in school, even after graduation(Direct entry) if you so wish to become a doctor...
