Please I have a problem please my birth date and Name on my national id card is different from that of my waec

Waec --- ISAAC ADEKUNLE 9 May
National id--- ADEKUNLE PETER ISSAC 17 may

Just confuse and jamb need our national id nin to register please can I go on with the registration with the National id

Or I should go do change of name and DATE of birth on my national id card so everything correspond or I can just go on like that
