if u are looking for top unis den u shud b talking of unilag, unilorin, oau, ui, unn etc. But u need to study very hard, coz of d huge compeition.

Any university or course that is fully accredited can fetch u a good job.

Dis school is only for those that want to study. Its really stressful, nice environs, quality training. Google it. Or search through nairaland, u'd see what people ae saying abt d school.
