Suleja: Man gives his son permission to sleep with his wife
Posted by admin on November 17, 2012 in Naija Gossips | 1 Comment

Inbreeding has gained a new height in Suleja, as a man openly acknowledged the existence of a intimate relationship between his wife and son.

Mr. Audu Ibrahim, who lives in Bakassi area in Suleja, said that there was nothing wrong with the affairs between his son and the stepmother.

“I don’t want my beloved son to suffer emotionally. Since my wife is his happiness, I’m very pleased with it,” he said.

“You can see how busy I am with my job. I do not want an outsider to have an affair with my wife.”

His son, 19-year-old Umar, also proudly acknowledges the relationship between him and the stepmother.

“My father lost interest in sex, due to very tight business schedule, some years ago. For many years, she (his stepmother) has been without sex or with little sex.” Umar said.

“My dad would go out for business in the morning and the next time he would show up, would be many days after.

“When he eventually came home, he was very tired. It seemed to me that the spark had gone out of my parents’ marriage.

“Don’t get me wrong, my dad was a loving father and husband also. But the romance that was present at the early state of his marriage was gone,” he said.

“So I began to pay my stepmom compliments on her looks, which made her blush. As days passed by, my desire increased to have her in bed.

We gathered that his stepmom, Sophia from Sierra Leone, was also comfortable with the affair, saying that it was due to her “husband’s laxity to her toward sex”.

“He was content with his business, transcendental meditation and yoga. He seldom revealed his Hot side and when he did, it was more out of his own personal compulsions.

“He had always remained predictable on the bed. He looked so methodical while Being Intimate. He wasn’t getting anywhere closer to what I normally expected from him.

“I kept telling lies to him that I had enjoyed his intimacy, as was expected from a typical housewife.

“At 39, it was humiliating to resort to young guys and now I believe my handsome stepson would fulfill my desires.

“But some incidents occurred between me and my own stepson that changed all that. My desire and lust to have intimate relation with my son increased and so I started working to make it true,” Sophia said.

Mimiko Leads Onslaught Against ACN In S’West

MIMIKO

How Yoruba Leaders Helped Governor’s Re-election

INTENSE politicking and intrigues for the soul of the Southwest played some major role in the strategies and organisation that shaped the outcome of upper Saturday’s gubernatorial election in Ondo State.

The re-elected Governor Olusegun Mimiko is being primed to lead the onslaught on retrieving the Southwest from control of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN).

This is one of the planks on which the leadership of the pan-Yoruba socio-political organisation, Afenifere, mobilised support for the return of Mimiko to office.

The Guardian learnt that the

Afenifere leaders were quick to see the Ondo election as an opportunity to pay back Tinubu for his alleged marginalisation of their rank and decimation of the political platforms — the Alliance for Democracy (AD) and Democratic Peoples Alternative (DPA) — they once converged under in the region.

The strategy is for Mimiko to first aim at Ekiti State in the next election, as the state and Oyo are regarded as the soft underbellies of the ACN in the Southwest.

“In the new revival effort of Afenifere, Mimiko is willing to assist in funding, in the coming months, to get ready for Ekiti State in the next governorship election there due in 2014,” an Afenifere chieftain said last night.

“This is to act as a counterforce to the powerful political machine of Asiwaju Tinubu that has accused the same Mimiko of gross ingratitude and betrayal,” the source added.

Indeed, the political legwork for the said revival has begun, as Mimiko was at Ile-Ife last Friday to see the Ooni of Ife, HRM, Oba Okunade Sijuade.

As another political leader from the Southwest explained: “It was so easy to rally round the political leaders from the Afenifere group that assisted Mimiko in Ondo because, in the current leadership in the Southwest, there is so much tiger without tigritude; so much heat and no fire.

“There is not much content to the current vaunted leadership in terms of standing, selflessness, intellectual rigour and robustness of thought consistent with the history, tradition and profile of the accustomed Southwest leaders from Awolowo to Ajasin, to Abraham Adesanya and Bola Ige.”

That was why besides Abuja — the Presidency and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) headquarters — which allegedly mobilised support for the governor’s re-election; the Afenifere leadership energised the grassroots to stop the ACN from its avowal to capture the lone Labour Party (LP) state to its fold.

It was gathered that in the run-up to the election, the big players in the House of Oduduwa stormed Akure pre- and post-Saturday, October 20, 2012.

Most notable Yoruba leaders and stakeholders that could not secure hotel accommodation in Akure that Saturday, stayed in Ado-Ekiti, a neighbouring state controlled by ACN.

What is more; the LP strategists consisted of many elders and followers of the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo that are opposed to the Tinubu style of politics “that have bruised and wounded the socio-cultural group, Afenifere and, indeed the AD, the then mainstream party in 1999 when democratisation process began in Nigeria.”

The AD then controlled the mainstream in the Southwest until 2003 when the ruling PDP swept the region in the polls except Lagos State then ruled by Tinubu.

Thus, the following big guns played big roles in the victory of Governor Mimiko: Chief Olu Falae, who openly campaigned for Mimiko; Chief Olu Adebanjo, an unrepentant follower of the late Chief Awolowo; General Alani Akinrinade (rtd) and Dr. Amos Akingba, a major stakeholder, who was traumatised by the Abacha junta for his role in organising NADECO, the political organisation used then to fight for democracy. Incidentally, Tinubu was one of the major funders of the organisation.

Others include Chief Ayo Fasoranti, who also campaigned with Chief Adebanjo for Mimiko in the state; Chief Segun Adegoke from Ondo town; Prof. Olu Agbi and many political leaders from all the Yoruba-speaking states.

It was not clear whether the Awolowo family, headed by Mama HID Awolowo, played a direct role in the election, but matriarch of the family from Ikenne was said to have sent words to the Ondo people that Mimiko was the candidate of the great political family.

Analysts interpreted this development to be a payback time for the interest that reportedly denigrated the family sometimes last year in a publication that resulted in a big visitation to the Ikenne home.

It was said last night that the Awo family that responded vehemently then might not have forgotten the allegation that was reportedly denied then.

Which is why a congratulatory message in Mrs. Awolowo’s her hand, and delivered to Governor Mimiko in Akure by Chief Tokunbo Awolowo, daughter of the late icon, speaks the obvious. The Guardian published a-photo news of the message of congratulation last week.

However, sources indicated that there were more nocturnal visits to Mimiko, “who personally drove some of the special guests around the state, in unmarked cars, to see why the ‘invaders’ from the old and new capital of Nigeria should be prevented from capturing the state.”

That way, Mimiko was said to have won the hearts of the big guns from the Southwest he pleaded with to see the politics of capturing Ondo beyond the narrow interests of the small Labour Party.

Nonetheless, many of the Yoruba campaigners reportedly worked for Mimiko not for the love of the governor or his so-called performance, but to prevent the ACN from taking over the state.

As a respondent noted: “Most of us went there (Ondo) even in the night and pledged our support and gave him strategies to prevent a capture of the last entity standing in the Southwest from falling either to Lagos or Abuja.”

It was also gathered that the old factions in Afenifere and the AD group did not manifest their divisions during the campaign to retain Ondo for Mimiko and the Labour Party.

onatisi: it is a long analysis ,but ur observation is right ,let me try and break it down in a simple way.the nurtw can be said to be political foot soldiers for politicians ,they are allowed to operate garrages and parks as for daily sustainance.but the money been made from these garrages are mind boggling.this makes the posts of chairman of each unit conveteous.everyone wants to be the chairman.ie mc oluomo of oshodi bought a murano jeep for his gf and he is just the chairman of oshodi garrage alone.now imagine the kind of money the lagos state chairman would be making daily.so this is one of the major reasons why they usually fight among each other.now this nurtw relationship with ppolitical parties is another angle which i will explain soon
So then rephrase your claim. There is nothing mature about a political system that depends on deadly foot soldiers to foster. It is uncivilized and barbaric and antithetical to democracy.

From ALOYSIUS ATTAH, Onitsha (princemmy@yahoo.com)

When about 45 years ago, Chief Basil Okonkwo, a business man, left his home-state, Anambra for Azare in Bauchi State in search of greener pastures, he had lofty dreams.

Like any good father, he planned to train his children, give out his daughters in marriage and one day, retire and reap the fruits of his labour.

Providence and mother luck seemed to be on his side as God blessed the work of his hands and he prospered. As his business grew, he got married to his heartthrob, Virginia, and they were also bountifully blessed with 10 children – three boys and seven girls.

Everything seemed to be on a roller coaster for Chief Okonkwo until April, 2011, after the presidential election. His first son, Nnaemeka Christian, married with a son, was killed in Bauchi in the post- election crisis that trailed the presidential poll in the North.

The brutal killing of Nnaemeka whose wife was also pregnant at the time, shocked Chief Okonkwo and from that moment, he began to think home and made quick arrangements to send his wife and children to Anambra state.

Due to the long years he had spent in Bauchi with its accompanying connections and commitments, it wasn’t easy pulling out the entire family back home at once. Consequently, his wife and some other children first relocated while Celestine, his surviving second son, the seventh daughter, Ifeoma and Sunday his apprentice stayed behind with him because of their education and business.

In his plans for complete relocation, Chief Okonkwo came home and began the construction of a modern building in his compound that will accommodate his family and befits his status as a progressive businessman who had spent many years in the North.

Black Sunday

But all the noble plans of Chief Okonkwo were shattered on the night of 0ctober14, 2012 when gunmen suspected to be members of the Boko Haram sect killed him, his daughter, Ifeoma and his apprentice, Sunday Ezechukwu. His second surviving son, Celestine, an electrical electronics engineer, would have been dead too if not by divine arrangement.

According to him, he left his father’s shop on his private motorcycle and less than fifteen minutes later, the gunmen swooped on the trio, opened fire and killed them instantly as they closed their shop and were about driving home in the family’s Peugeot 505 wagon after the day’s business.

Chief Okonkwo and his daughter were buried on Monday, October 23, amidst tears and anger. Earlier, his late apprentice, Sunday Ezechukwu from Aguleri Otu, also in Anambra state, was buried in his country-home.

Oh my daughter, my husband!

On Wednesday, when Sunday Sun reporter visited the late Okonkwo’s compound at Mkpuke village, Umunnachi, there was pin-drop silence while forlorn faces betrayed emotions of sadness, anger and confusion.

Okonkwo’s widow, Virginia and Chinyere, Nnaemeka’s widow were crestfallen even as other members of the family were brooding over the cruel fate that befell them.

Okonkwo was buried beside his uncompleted building while the late Nnaemeka’s two kids even in their childhood innocence seemed aware that things were not okay as they refused to play around with fellow children.

Madam Virginia, after much persuasion and consolation by the reporter managed to say few words.

“Oh my daughter, oh my husband! If they were sick and hospitalized, it would have been better as I would have shared in their pains and even helped out in the hospital as a mother. But look at what has happened to me. I’m still mourning my first son, now they have done their worst by killing this two in cold blood. “We are not politicians and we are not struggling for anything with anybody. But since I voted for Goodluck Jonathan in the last presidential election, my family has been shattered. This is how we have ended up. Where do I begin from here? My beloved daughter had dreams as a student, my husband also had plans to relocate finally from the North but all the plans have been shattered.”

Revenge is for God

Okonkwo’s third son, Gozie was so bitter over the situation that he queried whether Nigeria’s unity in diversity is really true.

“If this had happened to a northerner in eastern Nigeria, the whole world would shake. But look at us, nobody is asking us how we intend to start life again. I came down here after the killing of my elder brother last year, and I’m yet to adjust in the east. My father was still planning to set up something tangible for me here before they killed him too.

“We cannot kill in revenge and I don’t think whether killing ten people can pay for my father’s life. I don’t think also that it will be out of place to say that this is a premeditated action against Ndigbo but our family is now the greatest victims.”

My life has been shattered

Perhaps the most pathetic scenario during the reporter’s visit was the encounter with Chinyere Okonkwo whose husband, Nnaemeka, was killed last year. Cuddling her baby girl delivered after her husband’s tragic death, she cut the image of a woman with high potentials if fate didn’t deal her a fatal blow. Amidst sobs, she poured out her pains.

“They have finished me. When my husband was killed, I wanted to lose hope in life. It was my husband’s family that consoled me and told me they would stand by me at least for the sake of the children. My father-in-law had been shouldering the responsibility of all of us. Now, he has been murdered too in this agonizing manner. Where do we go from here?

My husband and children all died in vain

While Madam Virginia mourned the loss of her husband and two children, her greatest pain was that according to her, they all died in vain as relevant authorities have neither asked about the bereaved family’s condition nor addressed the situation that led to the deaths.

“When my first son was killed, Governor Isa Yuguda told Igbo people in Bauchi not to relocate because according to him, any state without strangers and non-natives cannot go far in development. The fury generated by their death drew the attention of the federal government. They came from Abuja and took our pictures and records but that was the last we heard anything from the state and federal governments. The most painful thing was that they asked me to takes pictures with my murdered son as he lay inside the casket. They said it was for evidence purposes that would ensure that we are compensated. But now, nothing came out of it and today, more people have been killed again in my family.

“My children ought to be natives of Bauchi State because they were all born there but look at how we ended up. Again, how can the activities of Boko Haram remain unabated while the government keeps assuring us that they are handling the situation?

A cry for help

Despite the tragic loss by the Okonkwo family, the surviving members of the family still knows that life must continue but the problem now is how to continue with no visible means of livelihood.

Urging for assistance from the federal as well as Anambra and Bauchi state governments, the first daughter of the family, Mrs Blessing Ezemanari summarized the situation thus,

“For us, it is already bye, bye to the North. My mother just came down to the village and she has not started anything meaningful. My murdered brother’s wife is also here with us with her two children. My siblings are still seeking for admission into higher schools. We appeal to Governor Peter Obi to assist us and use his position to influence other authorities to assist us.”

Beggars’ strange prayers: May Jonathan not fix Onitsha-Enugu Road
•Rake in N45,000 monthly, parade blackberry phones From ALOYSIUS ATTAH, Onitsha

They are regular faces along Onitsha- Enugu expressway. Easily noticeable, they have many things in common – varying degree of deformities mainly due to poliomyelitis attack. All of them are of Northern extraction while their permanent places of daily “business” are the various failed portions of the Onitsha- Enugu highway.

They surface as early as 6am daily while their benefactors are commuters who ply the road and throw naira notes of several denominations at them. They often wave in anticipation anytime a vehicle gets closer to the strategic positions they occupy while their finance controller strains to collect the money sometimes at the risk of being crushed by another vehicle.

A chat with Sunday Sun reporter who had observed them for quite some time, became quite revealing.

At the failed portion of the road, near Amawbia junction, Sunday Sun reporter encountered a special group. Eleven in number, interaction with the group revealed that 9 out of the group hail from Gombe state while the other three are from Borno State.

Posing as a concerned citizen sent by the government to provide better life for them, the most outspoken in the group who identified himself as Idris Adamu gave an insight into their lives and background.

“We are normal human beings though condition has placed us in this situation. I am from Gombe state and most of us have been in Anambra for more than one year now. We live inside Army barracks in Onitsha and we come here early enough to make money so as to help ourselves.

“Though I’m physically challenged as a result of polio, I have a wife just like many of us here and we send money to our families from the proceeds of this begging for alms.

“I enrolled to train under the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) in my state. Unfortunately, when the thing matured and they were to give us money to set up business, they bungled everything. I was also part of David Osunde Foundation (brings out his purse and presents both identity cards to the reporter) and they were to fix us into something meaningful but it has been promises upon promises. That is why we are here and we are hoping for a better tomorrow”, he said.

The beggars’ spokesman was later to drop a bombshell when he told Sunday Sun that he and his colleagues wished that the government would abandon the on-going rehabilitation of the ever-busy road.

While commuters who ply the highway lament the deplorable condition of the road and pray that government expedites action on the pace of work, the beggars are praying another set of prayers that the work stalls forever.

When the reporter asked Idris his position on the road’s condition and its implications on their business, he did not mince words in saying that what is good news to others is actually bad news for them.

“Allah, I must tell you, if government repairs this road fully, hunger may kill us. We don’t have any other business apart from this. We attach ourselves at the failed portions because drivers will always slow down when they approach such bad spots and it is from there that people now throw some money to us. Let Allah put confusion in the minds of contractors and the government so that they will abandon the project or else, hunger may deal with us.”

Communal living

Some of the beggars at a spot near Amawbia roundabout included Ibrahim Isa, Haruna Babangida, Usman Adamu, Bello Mohammed, Abdullahi Shehu, Usman Mohammed. The reporter noticed that the group maintains a common purse and asked how they share their money at the end of the day.

The purse keeper, Abdallah Abdullahi said there was no discrimination in terms of sharing as they divide the money on equal ratio. He said: “If we begin to do survival of the fittest here, the aim of brotherly love among us will not only be defeated but some of us that are highly deformed more than others may not have the strength to struggle when people throw money to us. That is why we decided to maintain a collective purse so that everybody will be accommodated squarely. It is from the common purse that we get our individual shares daily when we finish”, he said.

Good proceeds

As the chat progressed, the reporter noticed some flashy phones brandished by the beggars. One of them flaunted a London-used blackberry and received a call from his new wife that he later identified as Amaria after the call.

Idris disclosed that each beggar takes home a minimum of N800 daily but sometimes between N1200 and N1500 daily on days of better ‘harvests’.

Dreaming of Olympic gold

The reporter later spoke with another set of beggars from the north at Amansea, a boundary between Anambra and Enugu states. Sitting on their roller skaters while some use constructed woods for mobility, this group exuded optimism and excitement. Though their mode of operation is was similar to the other groups, this set comprised of some beggars with several talents waiting to be utilized.

Their spokesperson, Sadiq from Bauchi said that he is a trained sports man who dreams of representing Nigeria in the Paralympics games someday. He said he has been looking for opportunities to showcase his talent to the global world.

Maltreatment by government agents

Before the reporter left the group at Amansea, they barred their minds on their predicament and urged that they should be left alone to mind their business.

“We don’t give anybody trouble while we are not criminals. Unfortunately, those of us that shuttle daily from Enugu to this place have been having it rough in the hands of government agents. The task force constituted by the government arrests those on indecent dressing and mad people in the streets.

“Surprisingly, they have classified us in the same category and we have been banished from the city metropolis. We plead with the government to allow us carry on with our legitimate business because we are not trouble makers.”

The power of money

After the interview with the beggars, it was a different ball game when the reporter wanted to take their picture shots. They vehemently refused their images to be captured for fear that the government may sack them from their means of livelihood, and threatened to stone the reporter if he dared it.

Surprisingly, when some crisp naira notes were given to them and a promise of passing the message for their rehabilitation to the governor was offered, they willingly accepted and raised their hands gleefully as the reporter clicked away.

Afenifere: Yoruba are Tired of ACN and Will Kick Them Out

The desire of the ultimate god father, Bola Tinubu, and his Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN)for southwest regional integration and an alliance with the Buhari led Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) may prove a pipe dream as the leading Yoruba Forum, Afenifere, has declared that the Yoruba are tired of the ACN and would soon kick them out in subsequent elections.

The letter also revealed that Afenifere cooperated with Mimiko to ensure the defeat of the ACN.

This was contained in a letter by Afenifere leader, Reuben Fasoranti, to Ondo Governor, Olusegun Mimiko, congratulating him on his victory over the ACN.

The letter which mocked the ACN said inter alia "Afenifere salutes Mr. Governor and wishes him well.....This victory, amongst other things, is victory over god-fatherism, a rejection of political imposition and slavery from outside the state and the people’s hope of a better deal to come."

Continuing, Afenifere said "One or two of your predecessors have one way or the other broken the jinx of second term in office. But yours is unique and not associated with rancour or political upheaval. We appreciate God for you.”

It further said "There is a need for the exhibition of fair play and justice to all and carry the banner of progressive politics into national politics now that the eclipse of the ACN is unavoidable."

"“We entered into electoral cooperation with you (Mimiko) in the election for mutual respect in all ramifications for you to give better governance to our people, and for the creation of a forum for the emergence of a healthy third force to counter an emerging group under the leadership of few disrespectful, snobbish, arrogant, ravaging and power-thirsty politicians.

Arik Air

THERE was pandemonium on Tuesday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja, as a muslim cleric on board Arik Air flight from Maiduguri to Enugu strangely shouted "Allahu Akbar" (God is great) in the air.

The shout of Allahu Akbar caused a scare among the passengers and crew members who ran towards him and held him down while in the air. He was mistaken to be a Boko Haram sect member.

The scare on board the plane made the pilot of the Boeing 737-700 to immediately contact the control tower in Abuja and called for an emergency landing permit, which was immediately granted him.

Information gathered by Nigerian Tribune from a source at Abuja airport indicated that the flight took off from Maiduguri airport and was heading to Enugu airport before the passenger's action caused the emergency landing of the plane.

Another version of the story indicated that a Boko Haram member with explosives attempted to bomb Arik Air plane that just landed in Abuja from Maiduguri.

It was gathered that the suspect tried frantically to detonate the bomb which refused to explode before he was arrested at Abuja airport.

But, in a statement signed by the Minister of Aviation, Princess Stella Oduah, the minister denied the incident, describing it as a rumour without any iota of truth.

Oduah described the incident as total false, assuring that the government would continue to safeguard all airport environments in the country.

Oduah, in the statement signed by her Special Assistant, Media, Mr Joe Obi, stated that a passenger, Aminu Galadima, an indigene of Minna, Niger State, boarded a Maiduguri-Abuja-bound Arik Air aircraft with registration number 5N MJE after going through all mandatory security screening, stressing that nothing incriminating was found on him.

The statement reads in part: "However, mid-air, the passenger began to act strangely, loudly screaming ''God is great." Fellow passengers, alarmed by this behaviour, rushed to apprehend him. A thorough search by fellow passengers and crew members revealed nothing dangerous on him. The pilot immediately radioed Air Traffic Control and airport security operatives.

"The plane landed safely at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at exactly 1253 hrs and the suspect handed over to the State Security Service (SSS) at about 1445 hrs where he is currently being interrogated.

"We wish to reassure the flying public of the continued focus of the Federal Ministry of Aviation on the safety and security of the nation's airspace, while cautioning fellow Nigerians on the spreading of dangerous rumours. These rumours do not help to make our airspace either safer or more secure."

Moreso, the image maker, Arik Air, Mr Olabanji Ola, in a telephone conversation with Nigerian Tribune, denied the incident, saying that some passengers felt one of the passengers was a Boko Haram member.

According to him, the suspect was frisked by the police attached to the airport, but nothing incriminating was found on him.

He also could not confirm if the suspect was about to preach on board before the incident, but confirmed that the plane was heading to Enugu before it was diverted to Abuja airport because of the incident.

Investigation revealed that the suspect was invited to Maiduguri last week by the wife of a top state government official for interior decoration job but started showing signs of psychiatric patient and his host had since been managing him till Tuesday when it was decided that he should return to his base in Abuja without informing the airline about his state of health.

A top security source told Nigerian Tribune in confidence on Tuesday night that a thorough investigation into the matter was in progress to establish the facts of the case and the mental health of the suspect.

According to him,''for now, investigation is in progress, we have been able to establish some facts which have no connections with the Boko Haram operatives but we will not jump into any conclusion now."

When contacted on Tuesday night, the spokesperson for the State Security Service (SSS), Marilyn Ogar, confirmed the arrest and said that no bomb or any weapon was recovered from the suspect but that full investigation has commenced into his conduct while on board the aircraft.

Senator Zanna quizzed again

Meanwhile, Senator Ahmed Zanna, interrogated for several hours on Monday for Boko Haram related activities by the SSS on Tuesday, went through another round of interrogation at the SSS headquarters in Abuja.

Details of his interrogations were still being kept top secret within the security circles at press time.

LAGOS-TRAGEDY struck, Tuesday, in Ikorodu area of Lagos State, after a man allegedly killed his wife during a scuffle.

The cause of the fight could not be ascertained, but report said the couple had been having incessant quarrels for some time.

Report said there was a shout of help from Mr and Mrs Molade's one room apartment located on 14 Ifesowa Street.

However, no one responded as most of the tenants had reportedly left for their respective places of work. Time was 10am.

Out of curiosity, a passerby was said to have gone to the apartment only to find Mrs Omolere Molade unconscious. The said woman reportedly tried resuscitating Omolere without success.

Policemen from Ikorodu Division drafted to the scene reportedly found Omolere dead.

Spokesman for Lagos State Police Command, Ngozi Braide, who confirmed the story, said Mr. Paul Omolade took to his heels immediately after the fight, adding that effort was being made to arrest him.

ba7man: Igbos haven't dominated my life like they seem to have dominated that dude's life. I'm looking out for honest, God-fearing, positive minded people to dominate my own life....I belive the ease at which Igbos settle in the West proves that the yorubas don't hate them. Simple logic.
I also believe that not every single Yoruba hates Igbo and vice versa. But there are elements amongst the Yoruba that resent Igbo. Mind you there are Yorubas in large numbers in the East too. There is no single day you have heard them in problem with Igbos, unlike in Lagos where area boys and OPC specifically target Igbos.

ba7man: Simply one man's opinion. You choose to accept it because it agrees with your perception. I differ though.
Your disagreement is also a one man (your) opinion, no?
