However he refered to the guys wahala as respiratory Infections then in bracket (STI). He is right that it could be an STI but STI's are not respiratory infections. 😂 STI's are infections that can be contracted primarily through sexual intercourse. Respiratory infections are infections gotten and spread through droplets of sneezes and cough..(Sinusitis, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Sore Throat etc)

I beg you, don't self-medicate as it can complicate your respiratory system in the long run, thereby affecting how you sustain an erection. This is usually the reason many men release quick but they don't know.

Here's my advise:
Go do Urine MCS test in a private lab, and if you're in Lagos, you can see the doctor for 3k naira and get tested for like 5k or 10k. You'll show the doctor the test result and he will recommend medications you can get at the pharmacy.
There are like 15 medications that treats respiratory infections (STI), it's only during test that they will recommend the best 2 or 3 to treat your STI.
If you are in Lagos and don't have money, visit the nearest primary health center and go to the lab, the will do urine MCS test for you for 5k and you'll get the result 3 days after they have studied the kind of infection through your urine; then they will recommend medications for you.

Please do it this way to avoid spending money on trial and error that will make you spend 100k+ on something 17k can cure.

Please note that these bacteria are living things and they often develop resistance to drugs, so the Urine MCS test is the best way to follow.

I am a pro-herbal person o, but in this case, western medication has an edge because of their extensive lab study on this case. Zobo, moringa, garlic, cranberry juice, even weed are good herbal alternatives, but please, go through the Urine MCS way.

You certainly have picked up a Sexually Transmissible Infection. (Next time use a condom to cut down your risk of infection). Back to the topic, yellow discharge is consistent with Gonorrhea which could come with pain or no pain. Other STI's like Chlamydia or a non STI like Urethritis could be responsible..

Your best bet is get both you and your Partner tested at a health facility and treated accordingly.. A comprehensive STI panel is important to rule out co-infection and prescribe the appropriate antibiotics needed for complète eradication. Just so you know STI's like Gonorrhea increase by several folds your risk of picking up other infections like HIV. So it's important you get treated after running tests and hence forth practice safe sex..
