Can you please tell US what should be done, about the issue of RAPE in Nigeria? most especialy in the northern part.

I know there is a law governing this offence. As i read in THIS DAY news paper that an old man of 40 yrs raping a girl of 3yr

another 36yrs to 2yrs, this is disgusting! He was arrested to the police station and was ask to pay the sum of 3 thousand

naira .Imagine ! that means they are advicing foolish men to rape as much as the can and pay that token. MICHEAL

JACKSON was jail bacause of this same offence, 'Laws are no more effective in Nigeria' please send your comment.
