Ultimately, the Fulani in Nigeria want to relocate as many Fulani from Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Senegal, Guinea and Cameroon as they can to settle in Nigeria. They have identified the states of Plateau, Benue, Kogi and Enugu as viable locations for resettlement of their kin from other countries. They conceived this plan over 25 years ago when it became obvious that global warming and climate change were inevitable. As desert encroachment was becoming more widespread and water sources they had relied on to feed their cattle started drying up, the came up with this plan. They knew that the areas they currently occupy would become dryer and will not be able to sustain them and their cattle rearing ways going forward. For example, over the years, lake Chad has lost over 2/3 of its size by volume. It is a very alarming thing to witness. The lake Chad was a major source of water for the 4 countries that border it. This is water the Fulani depended on to feed cattle. Instead of adopting practices like ranching which has been proven to be better for cattle, the Fulani have sworn to remain roaming pastoralists and have viewed the states in the middle belt of Nigeria and certain parts of Enugu state as viable locations for resettling their people. As much as 64 indigenous communities in Plateau state had their populations sacked and those communities renamed by the Fulani. The Fulani and their cattle have moved in. They've been there for over 5 years now. So this is already happening before our very eyes. It will not be out of place to say Nigeria's security architecture has been compromised or rendered ineffective by design. Not that it would have mattered in anyway. Ever patient, the Fulani game out every scenario so as to stay a step ahead of security agencies. State governments need to stop being cowards. If former governor Amosun could find ways to import over 3000 rifles to arm his people, then no governor has an excuse. |
The organisers needed this stampede to happen so that they can claim more people were given money than actually were. They will embezzle most of the money. If not, why was the simple option of collecting everyone's bank account and crediting them not pursued? |
Don't forget that Tinubu gives each house of assembly member 1 billion naira for constituency projects. |
The most annoying thing here is that the police have refused to identify the officer who opened fire on the vehicle. |
The most painful thing that happened to me was when I graduated and found out that most of my course mates were paying for grades in university. A was 10k and B was 5k. This was about 8 years ago. Practically every course in the economics department. When I found out I felt like crying. So all this while I was killing myself on study people were sorting codedly with money that is lesser than what I spend in an evenings sitting out. Exam officer then was upgrading people to 2.1 for 150k. A customs officer who never attended lectures, wrote CA nor even exams came out with 2.1 as well. This was a state university. So forget all this lecturers. Time for elections reach na dem go still go rig for politicians. |
Let an independent review of her performance be carried out. The school should not give room to anything that may make it appear as if she was failed deliberately. |
What is wrong with our military? Are these guys okay at all? Is Augusta helicopter what the airforce should be bothered about now? Boko Haram is already deploying drones against our soldiers. Is it until they start bringing thermal sighted weapons to the battle field before the military realises just how deep this thing has become? A military fighting insurgents like Boko Haram should already have all its divisions massively equipped with offensive drones with night vision capabilities. Not that you will sit in your base and you get attacked around 3am and you can't even see who is shooting at you. The old ways cannot work! The military that refuses to be a step ahead of the enemy it is fighting is only a meat grinder sacrificing its own soldiers. |
I don't think a divorced mom of 2 is the best person to advise anyone on marriage. |
shortgun:Bua rice is 70k. I bought a bag last week. Some places sell 75k. Big Bull is 74k to 85k. I discovered that sellers just fix prices of rice as it suits them. |
That's roughly 10% of last year's budget. |
AngelicDamsel:You get x-ray vision? Hmmm....but now that you have mentioned it, I've seen what you are talking about and I like it! 🥹🥹🥹🥹 |

Bello championed what? Safeguarding Kogi forests? Of what use is that compared to over 80 billion he stole from Kogi state? Bello's name should never be mentioned where civilised people are. |
Inspirer1:policies don polisee shege for Tinubu hand. |

I don't understand why when it comes to African players, who are performing exceedingly well, Europeans always say their wages are too high. While Osimhen may not be Haarland, there is little doubt that Osimhen has what it takes to compete with the best out there. |
Ladies and gentlemen, you can now understand why there is no successful black nation on earth. The gullibility of our people. Incurious and impervious to logic of any sort. |
See deportee wey wan catch cruise. We know madam. We know |
Why anyone will want to work for those stinky dirty Arabs is beyond me. |
The big players don't bother about walking away. Not physically though. She wants forgiveness? She may get it. But the hell she'll get put through, she'll be forced to walk away herself. If she chooses to stay, limb by limb, everything that makes her esteem herself will be destroyed. Carefully and calculatively. Cheating must have consequences. A man must be ruthless in carrying that out. |
amp01:What do you gain from being lazy? Everything I wrote is already public record. Stop embarrassing yourself. |
frog12:Bamaiyi was one of the Abacha boys. If Abacha stole billions which we are still recovering till today, his boys would have stolen tens of millions of dollars. General Al-mustapha is one of them and still very much alive. For some reason, Obasanjo let him keep his stolen millions as well. |
AcrossUNIVERSE:Could that be the reason why the place is called Cook Islands? |
They've embezzled the money meant for feed abi? How do you leave chickens unfed for a week? |
Gen Z in the house, gather around the table let me regale you with tales of the most prolific Nigerian fraudster, Fred Ajudua. See kids, before yahoo, there was yahoo. Fred was and still remains a legend in this regard. The kind of heist he and his men pulled is so phenomenal. Fred put the ya in yahoo. Imagine that they locked him up in prison and right there in prison, he scammed one of the most brutal army generals Nigeria has ever had. General Bamaiyi. A prisoner scamming another prisoner. Fred scammed Bamaiyi of 8.4 million dollars right there in prison! Fred is extremely smart and suave. He has the gift of garb. That's why Emmanuel Nwude, another big time fraudster and a former executive director of Union Bank, sought his services. Together, the sold a non existent airport to a Brazilian bank for 242 million dollars over 22 years ago. This was done using just a fax machine. No internet, no mobile phones outside thuraya satellite phone, were in existence then. Oh! A movie has to be made of this. Fred and Nwude were very elaborate. They invited the Brazilians to London, lodged them in the best hotels, hired limousines to chauffeur them around town, took them to the best clubs and spent money like nothing. That wasn't all. They invited the Brazilians to Nigeria. Right from the Lagos airport, Fred and Nwude paid just about every person that the Brazilians would come in contact with at the airport. They even hired people to be around the airport to greet Fred and Nwude as extremely wealthy guys. It didn't end there. NNPC headquarters in Lagos then, was another staging area they used. Nwude, had the Brazilians follow him to the very top floor of the building. He took them to the NNPC boardroom. Paid NNPC staff and hired actors all around the building were greeting Nwude like a boss. The air of confidence Nwude walked into the towers with and the way the paid staff and hired actors showed respect to Nwude, further lulled the Brazilians. It was right in that NNPC that the Brazilians, thinking they were signing a deal of a lifetime, agreed to transfer 242 million dollars to an escrow account Nwude provided. Mind you as at then, no Nigerian bank had a capitalisation of 100 million dollars. So that was enough money to bounce the bank. The Brazilians, excited, went back to their country. When the call to inspect the non existent airport they bought was not forthcoming, that's when they got apprehensive and got the authorities involved. This singular scam that Fred and Nwude pulled, is the reason why we have EFCC today. Even Obasanjo as president then, could not comprehend this kind of criminality. Fred never stopped scamming. He enjoys it and does so for fun. He later went on to become a member of the house of reps before his criminal nature caught up with him and he got sent to prison in Nigeria. His son, used to be Davido's lawyer until Davido dropped him. What about the Brazilian bank he scammed? Well, the bank collapsed and some of its executives commited suicide. Not a kobo of that money was recovered. |
Is this a joke? I understand OP post now. Jobs for Quick employment right? Not jobs that guarantee you a good standard of living. See lawyers all around us jonesing and trekking in black like akuyas. OP even mentioned education. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Make I no talk. Anything anyone is doing and isn't factoring in AI, that's a gamble. Mind you the AI we are seeing now is just the beginning stage. In 10-15 years Artificial intelligence will explode and render a good number of jobs obsolete. |
Let's make sense of this. INEC is prosecuting the professor for announcing fake results in support of Akpabio. Results which gave Akpabio victory and a senate seat. Yet the same INEC gave Akpabio a certificate of return. How does this make sense? Why was Akpabio's election not invalidated? Secondly, do not pity any professor or indeed any member of ASUU. They are behind every rigging of elections in Nigeria. I have personally witnessed these professors and university staff change the results of a governorship election. This happened in the head collation centre located in a federal university. They were so blatant and unafraid. Despite the presented evidence of rigging and massive allocations of votes, the supreme court still gave the sitting governor the election. That's when I gave up on our judiciary. |
