This is a government at war with itself. Providing funds to people who are killing our armed forces. Soldiers are dying needlessly and yet billions are being paid to Boko Haram by the federal government. Make this make sense.

Whoever that government official that signed off for the payment of this ransom is, that person is Boko Harams agent in this government and has been their eyes and ears since. It is not out of place to believe that Boko Haram will return 9 billion naira to that official and keep 1 billion for themselves. This way, EFCC has nothing to investigate.

Soldiers are dying in the warfront. The Nigerian state is paying ransom to the terrorists killing these soldiers.
