explosiveskull: Is the army or your village vigilante group?  Please help me ask him o.  Even when 26 was shortlisted for screening last year it wasn't 2 or 3 per state. Some state have as high as 9 candidates that scaled through last year. |

Any can sign, serving or retired.
But to avoid too much worry, give a copy to your LGA chairman to sign and another to your LGA secretary to sign......then hold an empty copy to the screening Incase you meet an officer with the required grade to sign for you. Thanks. |

ugo4u: Only serving personnel can sign. Thanks for your response. I just got a message from an officer that any can sign, inasmuch as the person signing got to the minimum rank required before retiring. |

Hello house, please can a retired military personnel sign ones document?
The man that signed my document is a retired General, so I need to be sure or I find someone else not below the rank of Lieutenant Colonel still in service. |
