A lot of the time, it's because of how the man has pampered them or shown fear of losing them that they think they "Deserve better".

That's the root cause of all of this. Imagine someone who left without domestic abuse or anything said the husband went to ask her back and she went again and as it is, she's enroute the third time.

The problem I see in many of the women my age who ended up unmarried was the criteria for selecting a man in the 1st place. That strategy may get you a man if you don’t care what kind of man you get. A good man is not a good man if he doesn’t know how to select a good woman. A good man will know if you are not fully committed to him. A woman with multiple male suitors today is likely having sex with more than one of them. This is not the 1950s where you keep men hanging on without sex and the men are ok with it.


My advice to women is find a good man and make it impossible for him to think of spending his life with any other woman but you.

But you as a woman have to know what a good man is. Most girls don’t and that’s why they end up on the shelf. Most of the time the problem is your definition or criteria for a good man. Just as a good man looks beyond your looks, he looks at your friends, your family, he asks is this a woman I want raising my child, is this a family I want to marry into, are her friends the kind of people I want around my wife, will I have a peaceful home etc etc, a woman must also look beyond the superficial, is he ambitious, is he well grounded, who are his friends, his family, how does he treat people, how do people treat him, what are his values. When you meet a man who ticks the boxes, hold on to him and don’t let go. Men marry wives, women don’t marry husbands. If you don’t make yourself marryable you won’t get a husband or you will have to settle for crumbs.

In all of this though, many women are simply unmarryable. So one thing I find is many women can’t answer sincerely the question, am I a good woman, am I the kind of woman a good man will marry.

I can tell you for free…..good men don’t marry women like Tasha.

Great! The first time I visited Ife, I had thought Awo Hall will be where I did stay as a student. When I gained admission, just felt I couldn't deal with the hall. Lived in ETF all through. It was very new at the time.
