It seem like there are some issues with the internet connectivity or PC cache at your end. This might be causing you to not able to see your website.

You can confirm this by opening your website on kproxy[dot]com or at some internet cafe or at another PC using different internet connection. It should work perfectly fine.

Your main domain and the addon domain were infected with malicious code and your websites were among the websites that were used to attack our server (DKNG2).

To stop the attack and to avoid inconvenience to other clients on the same server we had to temporarily disable your website. We informed you about this on your ticket. Please refer to your tickets in your account.

We have reinstalled new Wordpress on your website to fix the issue on your addon domain. Your main domain is still infected and generating a lot of spam. You will have to reinstall Wordpress on the main domain too to fix the issue completely.

Yes, you can host 1 more domain on Soldier Plan along with your existing main domain.

For this, you need to register the domain here: http://www.domainking.ng/domain-registration/

Then you can add this domain in your existing Hosting account's CPanel.

You just need to point the addon domain to the hosting nameservers that are given in your hosting account details email that our system sent to you.

After nameservers have been changed, please wait for few hours after that you can add this domain as an addon domain in your hosting using Addon Domain Section inside the CPanel.

My advice to you guys;
Get a dedicated phone line for Nigerians. You are operating in Nigeria, then get a phone line for us here to call when we ant to reach you by phone. Email support only does not really tickle our fancy. Get a line and route it so it can function properly in your location. Or better still, rent an office space (attaching your company to an existing company in Nigeria) and make use of their address, etc. It will improve your credibility.
