Navvy:Hi, Due to some issue at Voguepay API, the payment confirmation was not returned to our server. We use Voguepay's API response to confirm the payments automatically. For quiet some time there have been issues with their API system which cause many transactions to not confirm automatically. We have to manually credit these transactions that takes lot of time & effort and also inconvenience to our clients. We have been writing to them to fix this API issue since last few weeks but there has been no concrete response from their end. We have been facing lot of issues from their end for over a month since they have redesigned their website and after they were awarded the best payment gateway in Nigeria! Since you only need to change the Nameservers or DNS Records of your domain to point to the hosting provider and domain remains with us. Domain transfer is different thing, when you move the complete domain services to another registrar. Using a hosting service with your domain is just like adding new service to your domain. And you are free to do that with any domain registrar. As long as you are using our DNS servers you can use our free email service and you can also host your domain anywhere you want by pointing the A records to the hosting account with another provider.
