Speak for your cousins only and not the entire Muslim polulace. If your cousin's home is situated within a mosque premises, then expecting ladies to cover their hair before entering is understandable. Either you comply or you stay in your house

No Muslim will force a non-muslim to wear hijab before entering their houses, but in a mosque, it's is ideal that as lady, you dress modestly and cover your hair. There was a time I wanted to get some items in my neighborhood and I called the lady selling them to arrange them for me. Unfortunately I, couldn't go to her shop till she closed and she told me that she has brought them to her house which is actually a better option as her house is closer to me. Her house is within a celestial church premises, as I approached there, some white garment worshippers there told me that I can't go in with shoes on. I had to remove my slippers at the entrance of the compound and go around the church building to her apartment. When she saw me barefooted, she started apologizing but I told her not to bother as I respect their beliefs. Ever since then, I've made a mental note that I will always take my shoes off if I ever find myself in a white garment premises. It's their belief, I will never question it or mock it. Why not let's live and let live and respect other's beliefs?

I don't understand why some people get irked when housemates talk about others. It's human nature, we have all done this at one point or the other so what's the brouhaha about who said what about who?
