Now you are claiming you won the elections even though when you went to court challenging the election results you never claimed you won but was praying to the court to cancel the elections and conduct it afresh over what you claimed were irregularities. |
gidgiddy:Why was Ironsi and his ibo Marxists hell bent on destroying national identities and blaming it for Nigeria's woes ? |
orisa37:Isn't that what Gowon's decree 8 proposed that Ojukwu and his zikists in Enugu rejece and fron there dragged Nigeria into a senseless wa? |
richie240:At least Bello can only remain in power for a maximum of 8ys. You on the other hand want a dictatorship in place that are not elected by the people . It seems you guys were not sentient when the likes of Abacha and IBB stole Nigeria dry and ran the country with an iron fist. |
After appointing only Ibos to powerful positions , Ironsi will later declare war on tribal identities. He blamed the legitimate government of Tafa Balewa whom they had overthrown and assassinated for all the problems plaguing the country He decried tribal loyalties as a hinderance to national development which is all a ruse for Ibo domination of the polity. Ojukwu welcomed the decree of forced national unity but will later be screaming at Abure a few months later for a return to pre Jan 15 status quo. Now, here is what you need to know: Ironsi and his Zikist Marxists in tweed winter suits saw tribal identities as a stumbling block to ibo domination of the polity and they had the guts to come out and state that they wanted an end to tribal identities so as to have their new Marxist Nigeria under supreme ibo dictatorship. They are repeating this sane foolishness today by gaslighting anyone who rejects their Agulu fraud as being a tribalist while justifying Obi ibo candidacy as being the turn of the Ibos. If one man (Tinubu) asserting his ambition to his supporters by saying "it is my turn" is dangerous for democracy as they claimed, then an entire nationality demanding that it is their turn to rule by all means is what ? Every thing they will accuse you of, know they are a hundred times more guilty. Already , a bill is pending at the NASS to replace state of origin with state of residence and to have acquired indigeneship. Is this not an attack on tribal identities as proposed by the Ironsi tribal junta ? |
At the early stage of his tenure, he appointed a three-man advisory team made up of Chief Francis Nwokedi, a Permanent Secretary, Dr. Pius Charles Nwabafor Okigbo (1924-2000) and Colonel Patrick Anwunah, who later became Chairman and Head of the Orientation Committee at that time. He replaced the then Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Dr. Taslim Olawale Elias (1914-1991) with Chief Gabriel Chike Michael Onyiuke (SAN), former Director, Public Prosecution, Eastern Nigeria (1960-1965) from Nimo in the present Anambra state. In a speech to the nation on January 28 1966, he denounced the evils of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa regime and outlined necessary reforms. ”All Nigerians”, he declared,” want an end to regionalism. Tribal loyalties and activities which promote tribal consciousness and sectional interests must give way to the urgent task of national reconstruction. The Federal Military Government will preserve Nigeria as one strong nation.” He then went on to promise “administrative reforms” and referred specifically to several matters in which regional as well as personal interests were known to have had decisive influence. These were official appointments, public investments, and the universities. He promised that in the public services, efficiency and merit will be the criteria for advancement”. That industrial development would be “coordinated to avoid wasteful duplication of industrial projects”, and that the universities would be “re-orientated to serve the genuine interest of our people.” Immediately after the speech two Governors kicked against the proposal. They were, Major General David Akpode Ejoor (83) from Ovu in the present Delta State, then serving as the Military Governor of the Mid-Western region and Major General Hassan Usman Katsina(1933-1995), who was then serving as Governor of the Northern region. Lt. Col. Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu (1933-2011), Military Governor of Eastern Region welcomed the decree while Lt. Col. Francis Adekunle Fajuyi (1926-1966), Military Governor of Western Region never commented on the promulgation of the decree. Lt-Col Ejoor was reported as saying that the ’National Government’ set up by the army was the prelude to ‘the reintroduction of a unitary form of government’ and insisted that it would create future problems. Shortly afterwards, the Supreme Military Council announced that a senior government official, Mr. Nwokedi, had been asked to consider and to report to the Supreme Military Council on the establishment of ‘an administrative machinery for a united Nigeria’ and the ‘unification of the Public Services and Judicial Services.’ |
ReturnMan:Democracy is not the problem. It's the centrist system in place that is quasi Marxist that takes resources from federating states and allocates it to the centre. The level of illiteracy and outright stupidity in NL is mond boggling. Return powers to the states and water down the federal government to the nearest minimum and you will see how things will get better rapidly. |
seborrhic:There are new strains developed that will fruit and be ready for harvest in 18 months Read the article to the end and slowly this time and you will see where it was stated. |
EFCC should rest abeg. So what of strip clubs ? How do I get to spray the stripper when giving me a lap dance when the club forbids me from touching her? |
Danisaint112:Ibos were the only ones to embrace Marxism in Nigeria . Ojukwu was a card carrying member of the British Communist Party , Oxford campus branch. He came back to Nigeria and joined the army as an NCO to instigate a mutiny . He even kept a beard like communists of their day did (Che Guevara, Fidel Castro). Then there was Ifeajuna who brought the poison of Marxism into the military . Before then there was the Zikist band who were radical Marxists indoctrinated on campuses in foreign countries. Even Zik himself got the communist bug after studying in the US. Western campuses have been the breeding ground and indoctrination sites for future radical Marxists/Communists. Baron Victor Rothschild who planned the whole January 15 coup was also known to be behind the Cambridge 5 spy ring. What most fail to understand is that Marxism and communism are not organic to Russia but rather was a concept conceived in western countries towards staging populist revolts to overthrow foreign governments and, monarchs. That's why the CIA color revolution playbook that they used in Libya , Syria and in Ukraine are all exactly similar to the communist revolution script. Every communist revolution from the French Jacobins to the Bolsheviks to Mao's have all been planned , orchestrated and financed by western capitalists. Surprised about the last sentence ? You shouldn't because communism is simply corporatism where the state controls all the inputs of production . Communism is technically slavery . In a communist country the government is the party and the party is the supreme board of directors that hold all the levers of wealth. In normal capitalist societies you have your 1% billionaire class and a thriving middle class. In communist societies, you have a 0.0001% Trillioniare class and every other person is dirt poor . So with that in mind , why won't greedy western capitalists not want a communist or corporate governance in place? This is what the WEF has been advocating for which is a return to corporatism . In Nigeria's case, a return to the Royal Niger Charter company . So you see all these Marxists springing up are paid agitators by western capitalists interests to accelerate anarchy so as to replace your government with a UN assigned Western corporation to manage it's affairs. Already this is happening in Ukraine were BlackRock calls the shots and the Jewish 🤡 clown acts on their orders. You have a lot to learn about the world you live in. |
erniok:I did. See the bottom of that same sign board |
ChybuzzDD:The only good Marxists/communists is a dead Marxist/communist . Take that Jewish perversion out of Africa and Nigeria |
Marxism is the most stupid ideology and Marxists the most foolish beings to walk on two legs. |
Kobojunkie:Salt is good for you just as cow milk is. The only problem is that most people are descended from populations that never had salt regularly as salt was once a very expensive commodity and for good reason as well. It's just like lactose tolerance with many of the world's population being highly lactose intolerant because their ancestors evolved without drinking milk. Having lactose intolerance doesn't mean milk is bad for you. It just means your DNA evolution never had exposure to dairy products as a food source. Salt is good for you because it helps keep you hydrated and also a vital mineral rich supplement outside being a culinary additive . Animals in the wild will crave salt. The issue like I said is that most of the world's population today evolved without eating salt because salt was once a very expensive luxury item. The Romans even paid their soldiers in salt rations mined from Roman salt mines using slave labour. It's from salt we got the word Salary which is derived from Latin Salarium. The saying : "not worth his salt" comes from the days of the Roman legions to describe a recruit as not being fit for military service. Salt is good. But like every other thing on the planet, do not over indulge. |
gidgiddy:Liar. Obi only built a brewery for Anambra people to get drunk on |
Irony1:He's other business is even worse. He brews beer . We will make sure the Muslim north knows that obi is a distiller of beer and liquor |
rinzaugustine:So we should continue importing crap and outsourcing labour and productivity to other countries ? Maybe when you have your Biafra you can make it a dumping ground |
I have noticed how the mob has began to celebrate Yusuf Buhari over Seyi Tinubu. My questions is why not compare your messiah's son to Seyi Tinubu ? |
PresidObi:Reno is exposing the fraud just as most of you were 12-13ys ago right here on NL and other Social media outlets |
PresidObi:Yes be waiting for Daddy FG to come fix your shithole for you. It's not enough that FG constructed a road for you it's now FG's responsibility to ensure that whatever curse and eviction notice mother nature has for you is fixed. Besides, this is supposed to be done by the Local Government not state and definitely not the FG. Zikist parasites |
Bobloco:Thanks for reminding me that Abia holds the record for worst governed state and mediocre selfish politicians Ottu is just one of too many rubbish being elected by Abians. By the way, what has Abaribe done for his own constituency other than shouting "free kanu" on the floors of the Senate ? Absolutely nothing. |
mrvitalis:Peter Obi is enough evidence to prove you support not only mediocres but proven failed elected politicians |
helinues:They don't need to lure him out to get him. They know where he lives and his location at anytime any day. |
mrvitalis:Yes we can't see them praising this but we will see them praising one fraud who did not have a single legacy to his name as governor for 8ys. Mediocrity is a Hallmark of SE politics |
helinues:That's why I said that his case cannot be for defamation allegation as highlighted by the OP and yourself but rather to do with economic crimes. Money laundry through his foundation is most likely why he was arrested and has nothing to do with his SM dragging. |
Mediocrity and SE are Siamese twins. What is "mega" about this self contained mini flat project? |
owobokiri:I prefer a Tinubu a billion times than your ethnic candidate which you want to use to rehabilitate yourselves before Nigerians forgetting that you started bashing the entire ethnic group of who is President since Buhari. Sometimes I wish Obi can be President for one day so that you will get the maximum returns on all your bigoted partisan insults on the entire ethnicity of who is President |
helinues:The EFCC has no jurisdiction over cyber bullying unless it involved extortion and blackmail but that is even stressing their limit as that falls under the Police Cyber crime unit and not under economic crime which the EFCC holds mandate over. Let's wait and see what the EFCC will charge him for. My guess is that it has to do with cash donations to his foundation. |
