There's absolutely no conversation or interactions between prisoners outside their daily rec time which is just 30mins. Prisoners are either in their cells sleeping or working. The life of an inmate in a Japanese prison is spartan to the core without denying the inmate his or her basic fundamental rights and human needs.

He can state he won and it can be true he won but he has to prove he won and that is by access to bvas and election materials.

That's why the Supreme court ruling on obi's petition took just 2 minutes to be read before being dismissed.

Obi had no case in the first place and the courts did the right thing to dismiss his frivolous suit brought before it.
