My Gionee M7 POWER is having ghost touching screen. The screen is fine some engineers said I have to change the complete screen, i went to computer village someone said he will change the glass since the screen is not affected and I was told by some the Gionee M7 Power have no glasses but complete screen.. I'm confused now

What can I do. Help!

I slept on it last night since then it started Ghost screen touching, work fine after pressing the lock and unlocked key for few minutes then start again
