I have same problem since I was a kid so while growing up whenever I am boarding a car or bus I take the seat by the window for fresh air.
Over the years it decreased when I got a supervision job that demanded traveling interstate everyday.
Now I don't often have it, except ones in a while when I seats close to the engine which I try to avoid often time.

It will go with time
Try to seat by the window
Avoid seating by bus engine,
Avoid the smell of fuel, or engine oil, diesel etc

Try study your self every time in the condition with time you know what work for you to have a better trip without motion sickness

I have service issue not only me but all Airtel Sim Banana Island road, Ikoyi. Only Glo service is okay.
Service goes off whenever I enter my house.

I once port my Airtel Sim to Glo service but I hardly received calls as all my callers complained of unable to reach me and had problem using my bank ussd code.

So I had to port back to my default network with same service issue.

That's not a scam. You where charged for stamp duty by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Start listening to news and try to acquaint yourself with happenings in your country before they tell you fuel is N160 per litre in the filling station and you will come here shouting scam.

The Government has directed banks in Nigeria to charge N50 on any transaction ( transfers to any other account except your other account with same bank, deposit to third party account etc) that is more than N10,000.
