Chief, you are right. Sometimes we should take what the self-acclaimed pundits say with a grain of salt. I didn't get a mail too but successfully changed my centre. I didn't even get a mail when I finshed my application to state that it was submitted successfully. But that doesn't bother me - I just want my name on the award list whether they send mails now or not
