please guys,i need some information.I wrote the test at Owerri and was shortlisted for the interview,but they have not even called or notified us of the interview date and venue.From the info that I got,they said they will do it this month.Does anybody have any info as regards this .
Please for those that have gone for the interviews, how many stages are involved and what am I to expect in each of the Interviews.Someone should help me fast sothat I can start preparing.

Drilling Supervisor (x6 positions)

Location: Warri, Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Responsibilities:
In this key role, you will represent the company onsite at well locations and manage drilling contractors in line with agreed programmes, particularly in terms of well control to optimise the operational and technical performance of the drilling rig.

You’ll need to make sure that well construction processes are carried out in the most cost-effective and efficient manner, whilst always complying with our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality standards and practices. We’re also looking for you to have the ability to control and manage emergency situations; make quick, yet informed decisions, and act on them appropriately.

Requirements:
With a university degree in any Engineering or Science discipline and a valid International Well Control Forum Certificate (IWCF), you will have at least seven years’ experience in a Well Engineering role, of which two years must have been as a Drilling Supervisor.

In this role, you will be encouraged to follow the Shell Group “Round 2” Distance Learning Programme and obtain this qualification within two years.
