NIN is available everywhere in Nigeria now even people who register Sim card now do it. You can renew your Nigerian passport

I need to get my NIN and Passport renewed while I'm in Lagos for a couple of weeks in Dec. I'm assuming there is no option to do them at the same time. Hopefully, I would not like to invest tons of time doing it as well. How long does the NIN reasonably take to get done? What documents would I need? And is it possible to get the passport done in that time as well? Also, being in Dec. does anyone know if the offices will be closed.
