The UK visa form asks you for the CAS number and the Sponsor Licence number, which is all the information needed.

I had same experience too. No cause for alarm. I learnt that the system is being worked upon in the server room in Lagos. Its back to normal now

I stood at TLS Ikeja from morning till they closed this afternoon. They didn't accept walk in as almost 100 people showed up for walk in service. They later took reference number of people with appointment date but came for walk in and asked them to come tomorrow. However, people that came for walk in on Thursday last week said they did same to them and made them come today.
I don't understand this people. They even reduced their working days to just Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mtchewwww.

I learnt when you guys left, they allowed the last two people in

Dear juwon and fedemako, apologies for reacting the way i did but its important we give help without anger and from a sincere heart. This is a help forum, if i know i wont ask. Moreover 2years ago i lost 7k5 to noun because i was not guided. Attempts to seek redress was not answered. I am here to make enquiries so as not to make mistake twice.
