idokojerry: Call their customer care and lay your complain and don't settle for anytime except a refund and assurance it will never occur again. All these network providers are exploiting nigerians since the inception of GSM.

refund ke? Dem no even know dere work, just giving me stupid excuses like I'm usin badoo or 2go which obviously I dint use, dey later told me that they av a problem with their system I shull call again d next day, but I know they can't refund it

Anyway try contacting them via Email.. The guys that attend to the emails are more professional than those that answer calls..

idokojerry: I believe the deductions on your line is mostly in kobos. Those are for third party apps like opera mini, uc browser,picmix etc. The suggestion from genea is the solution as that is what I did.

yeah in kobe but yesterday twas more than 250 naira dey deducted at once, while usin operamini

I had just migrated from MTN to Etisalat..
Subscribed for a month BIS and started browsing..
Everything went fine until I recharged the next day, my airtime was deducted together with my data allowance of 3gb
I called their customer care and as usual, one of their quack representative answered.. I explained my prob to her and she wanted to educate me on BB stuffs..
I showed her I was smarter so she trasferred me to the Data Care Centre and I explained my prob to the guy..
To cut the long story short, my line was reset and everything came bq to normal.

Op, contact the customer care, if they tell you to remove ya ba3 and put it bq, tell them you've done that already. If you do that, they would give you d right solution...

I called them they were just telling me rubbish, u can't use third party apps, d second time I called, d rep was telling me that meybe I shul subscribing and use normal phone data. Imagine
