CraigB: Aaah! Nice revelation. So, in other words, the Russian AK47 story is Bolluks? Wow, thank you Donian007 for further discrediting your researcher.

If you go back a few posts, you'll see why he was told to go to sleep grin. He'd said the Russian AK47 and Rs are copies of each other. Lovely and thank you.

Now, he also said the Rs are being made without "copyright" (he said) - confusing copyright and patent law shocked (some researcher in the land of "intelligent" people)

Now, your lovely "revelation" leads to a sweet little read about modified weapons that are manufactured under licence. What might those weapons be?

Thank you very much, Donian. I did say your fake researcher got his degree from a Naai-gerian university.

You, on the other hand have just become the hapless chap who's given the family jewels away. You proved your fake researcher wrong on all three counts.

What is it with Naai-gerians and fake credentials anyway? Fake credentials. Fake intelligence (proof being you right now). Fake achievements.

grin grin grin

Oh before we forget, we haven't forgotten about the hapless Chinese jets that Naai-geria bought, which started the whole discussion in the first place. I see the boast around the jets has been abandoned. Rightly so, I say.
Don't patronise me with your shameless and ignorant rantings DUMMY! You're so ignorant that you didn't even read the content of the weblink before you started vomitting poo. There, the Israelis noted that the inspiration and idea behind the Galil is the AK47 used by the Arabs which fared perfectly against their Belgian FN FAL during the Arab desert war, so Agaugust is very right. Since the FN FAL they used failed in the desert they made theirs, the GALIL, using features of the AK47 in terms of capability and little design derivation but the FN FAL was were they took most of the physical design however the FN FNC is an improved FN FAL. Agaugust was never wrong.

REVELATION! THE "R4, R5 AND R6 RIFLE"(SOUTH AFRICA) IS A DIRECT MODIFIED "IMI GALIL" RIFLE(ISRAEL). SOURCE: WORLD GUNS: ......The slightly modified Galil rifle is manufactured by the South African Vektor Company, a division of the DENEL. Those models include the R-4(Galil AR), R-5(Galil SAR), R-6(Galil MAR) assault rifles, and are used by the South African Military. Weblink: www.world.guns.ru/assault/isr/galil-e.html

A LITTLE EYE-OPENER FOR SOUTHAFRICANS: Compare The R4 with The FN-FNC rifle here: www.kitsune.addr.com/Firearms/Auto-Rifles/FN_FNC.htm

agaugust: the whole world copies each other, only a fool will try to re-invent the wheel/tyre.

south african R4 rifles are a clear copy of Russian AK-47 rifle.
south african MRAPS army vehicles designs look like exactly like American Hummer 4x4 jeep and British Landrovers.
Brodaman these SAns do know anything, now lets leave the AK47 and see and identify the difference between the R4 and FN-FNC: Click here: www.kitsune.addr.com/Firearms/Auto-Rifles/FN_FNC.htm

CraigB: Ag shame. Agaugust is the only brave Nigerian soul here. And his bravery is motivated by an uncontrollable reflex to kick, notwithstanding the crippling weight of the "we are a giant claim". This thread is alive, thanks to him. grin Poor soul. Everybody else turned in their machetes at the door - on their way out.

If only those old Naai-gerian politishunns never made the "gianthood" claim in the first place. You people wouldn't spend all your days feeling like you have something to prove. Had they given you a legacy, instead of a burdensome claim, you'd suffer much less.

Now, look at this task: proving to Africa that your military is worth looking at, ahead of nations that are really deserving, some of whom aren't even here. You inherited an empty (really aspirational) claim that has committed you to arguments and a life of comparisons everyday. Even if it means battling 24/7 without sleep, you have to do it grin Totally insurmountable. Ag shame.

We South Africans sleep easy. Our work speaks for us kiss. No need for long talk. No wonder you have to try and take pot shots at us everyday. cool

agaugust: T-craft hull you say you work on the same boat, post the source of its data, then i will post mine, thats the way we do on this forum, its a south africannavy boast you post its data first, due process.

nigerian archer two sources posted here many times :

end of page/bottom list of weapons http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/nigeria/army.htm
end of page list of users http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archer_Artillery_System

nigerian artillery rounds : nobody lists countries types of shells on any website, high end rounds HEAT, ARMOUR PIERCING etc have existed since 1939 world war II all over the world, nothing special, even poor countries have them.

so where did i lie, or you have proof that i lied ?

you were lying about south african satrellite for many days despite sources that were posted to prove you wrong.

now you want to change story and claim DSTV and other private companies business satellites are south african satellite that the military can use for war, when you were posting it was not DSTV you posted, it was the expired and d.ead crashed SumbandilaSat satellite, do you think we are F00LS here ?

its not easy to tell lies on nairaland and get away with it. you are a big time FRAUD !

zaandrew: I am far to busy watching youtube videos to do that bit of research and i don't really care if magic elvis made it on the moon.
Then you shut the f-up because its realy glaring you know nothing about the Amebo. IGNORANCE AND DELUSION WON'T HELP YOU.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Donian007: 5:54pm On Jun 16, 2013
zaandrew: NAF has chosen to buy far better israeli drones over a local product what does that tell you.
You haven't answer me, if you get the answer right then you'll stop deluding youself. WHO MADE THE AMEBO?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Donian007: 5:42pm On Jun 16, 2013
zaandrew: Why does it matter who makes it, it not in mainstream NAF use.
Maybe Marshal Alex told you AFIT made it for sight-seeing or betterstill maybe you have a source to show that Amebo has been ditch, but if not then you are a CHRONICAL OLODO. I have a source to prove that Amebo did a perfect test-flight.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Donian007: 5:18pm On Jun 16, 2013
andrewza: There is a lot of stuff that does not make it on line in SA a lot. Some times because they only proto types other times because they not a sale item.

Ever though that maybe no one cares about your home made stuff, I mean not even NAF cares about your home made drone considring they still bought isrealy drones. The ratel, badger, G6, extra are export items and thuse there is info about them on line. What arms does nigeria even sell. Do you know since 2003 SA has never sold less that 10 million worth of A,C and D class milltary hardware to nigeria most of it A class and in some years the numbers where close to 100 million in sales to nigeria.

The J7 radar is a joke and has a limted range and over all not very good. It has no means to launch long rang AAMs that even the mirage F1 and Cheeta of SA could launch.

And the fact nigeria payed more means what. The top of the line F7 is still a joke.
I would have classified you a fool but i won't because insults are not in my dictionary. Now answer me, you said NAF rejected the AMEBO for Isaeli made drones. Now who made the Amebo=AFIT and who owns AFIT? @Andrewza

NaijaPikinGidi: When it comes to talking so much through the human rear-side Mr. AndrewZa and his co-travelers SAEngine and the returnee MSAUza are urban legends. Couldn't help but see how much recycled garbage you guys are putting out here just to counter Nigeria's consistent positions and intelligent commentaries. Even your shameless surrogates can't match the facts and views at every point so far in these debates! Agaugust, Henry120, Donian007 I hail!

I don return from my small break.
Welcome bro.

zaandrew: gripen is a good aircraft best in africa
Now thats a GRAND LIE! Best in Africa? Where did you keep Egypt's F16. Shelve that idea of yours that SA have the best of everything in Africa its making you look like a HALF not a FOOL.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Donian007: 5:00pm On Jun 15, 2013
zaandrew: how sure are you that it is clean. Nigerian military has zero transparency or accountability. You would not know if there was corruption.

Because they want to secure the deal. you can compare the costs it is the cheapest option
I realy don't like insults, wether being the recieiver or giver but you are not just worth sparing. You live in a glass house yet you want to throw......... See who is talking about transparency and accountability, besides I can assure you that Nigeria did her JF7 purchase without any scandal but for a country and military that left her soldiers(lives) and weapons to waste, can't give accurate account of how many weapons and soldiers she lost just because she wants to compete with France over useless influence, spent a whopping R100m just to charter aircrafts, took bribe to favour and patronise an aircraft manufacturing company, now how ACCOUNTABLE and TRANSPARENT is that? Besides that @Andrewza can you tell me your mission in CAR?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Donian007: 4:21pm On Jun 15, 2013
zaandrew: this coming from one of the most corrupt nations in the world. how did the corruption put the gripen in storage, please explain that. i just don't care whether BAE paid a bribe the gripen is a good fighter and not any worse than the other options and is cheaper.

how ever you should shot your politician who got you the F7, upgraded mirage F1s, dirt cheap second hand SU27, hand me down F16 extra would have been cheap enough for NAF. But no you get upgraded mig 21s. now that is sad.

the gripen issue was that we got the option for a number of aircraft all of them where good the BAE spiced up the gripen deal. It is not like we bought something bad or over priced. The best aircraft for SAAF is the rafal or euro fighter typhoon they where still not 100% back then and cost double to buy, does not have the rough landing and short field ability and is even heavier on maintenance. As i said it does not bother me gripen is a good aircraft best in africa but you may enjoy your mig 21s i mean j7s
Look youngman, I am not as daft as you are, Everyone knows that the JF7 is not a very good choice but at least its purchase was a very clean process and we are not storing them, we even assemble and de-assemble + maintain them locally. If it was that cheap and good why did they bribe you SAns to buy, Andrew that your uniform hanging on a mango tree has realy made you senseless and shameless or maybe @gingerbeer passed you some bottles before leaving. SMH!
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Donian007: 3:16pm On Jun 15, 2013
zaandrew: that saying the other companies are not corrupt is a lie and that saying arms trade does not have corruption in it is like saying mcdonalds is health meal.

the gripen was not the best choice but it was not a bad choice nor was it waste of money since it is cheaper than other options so i don't really care. if we bought mig 21 knock offs i would then complian
If this is how everyother SAn thinks then I'm afraid for your country and ashamed of you. In Nigeria when our politicians indulge in corruption and are exposed we don't defend them, we scold and condemn the act with every medium we have. It's so unfortunate and embarassing and I know your comrades are disappointed in you @Andrewza for defending and condoning corruption that has put your airforce into ridicule(Grippen Storage). Shame on you for justifying that bribery. SMH!

saengine: The reason he cant give you proof of Nigeria using a 120km range rocket to launch the balloon is simply because he made that information up, simple as that. He literally sat there and told a lie. You don't need a rocket to get that high up into the atmosphere. Look at the guy who jumped from space last year,he never used a rocket to get there. He also can't justify rockets being used because he doesn't know the size and weight of the payload.
Look youngman that info about the rocket launch is CLASSIFIED. [center]

zaandrew: not my wish list but your navy or should i say the nigerian navy,

And have any of SAN ships not been able to sail, we actually brought 2 of our strike craft out of the grave yard. The gripen are not needed has of now no enemy air force to fight so putting them in storage will insure that when they needed they will be in a good condition.

considering the aircraft we would have bought over the gripen cost double the money i don't see the problem.

by the way BIRO is not a wish list it is fully funded project with a high prioty
Hey! Hey! Hey! You forgot something, what can you say about The Grippen Bribery(Corruption)?.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Donian007: 11:51am On Jun 15, 2013
zaandrew: Yet a lot of the massive numbers of the french forces came from france or across the country.

There was a agreement for nigeria to enter malil months before france went in to save the day with chad and then it took a few more months to deploy, over all it shows you have no ability to act fast when need be.

CAR failed because SA a force that was never meant to fight the rebels was forced to do so after the local and regional forces ran away without even put up a token resistance. Nonetheless we proved we could deploy fast if need be when the following week we had deployed a infantry battalion and air support ready to move on to CAR if the go ahead was given. Nigeria would still have been back home if they had tried a similar feat
You are so IGNORANT, I have posted and cleared this issue of deploying to Mali previously even proving that Nigeria has better assets for logistics than SA and @Andrewza didn't object. But did you know that France secretly sponsored Chad into Mali because of the great experience and strenght she(Chad) has in desert warfare? Chad's involvement is most propelled and sponsored by France.

andrewza: Regaudless of the polical speach behind it nigeria used a britsh C17
Nigeria did drive forces to malil though.
The delay was because nigeria was not ready. They took so long france and chad where forced to save the day.

The 737 that naf uses is civlian spec and fill the role of SAAF. SAAF has flown our troops around before and a lot of there pilots are ex SAAF or reserve force.
Thank God you agreed that in airlift capability Nigeria is better.

It seems your ignorance is flogging you, is this RANDLAND or NAIRALAND? Olodo!
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Donian007: 2:20pm On Jun 14, 2013
andrewza: You really think your your C130s are enough. If it was not for western air power your mission in serrir leon would have failed same for malili. SA has never needed another country to move the solders and supplys around. We do it our selfs.

ASF has been around for some time. It is nothing new. Has for SA needing nigeria conerning CAR. Nigeria has no rapid deployment force and malil is proof where it tooks months to deploy to a country you can drive to. SA had more than a infantry battlion ready to strike CAR in stanstion in Uganda and DRC along with air support. But the regional force was all ready behind there new french pupet so the green light was never given.
You must be a CONGOROCO. First: Nigeria never asked Britain for help to Mali, Britain out of her freewill gave us a C-17. Second: Its only foolish and cowardly to suggest that Nigeria drive to Mali. Third: Nigeria's delay to deploy to Mali was an intelligent move. Fourth: Nigeria has better heavy airlift capability than SA with our 8 C-130s, 5 G-222s and 2 Boeing 737s. Nigeria is betteroff for rapid deployment than today's SA cux we dnt spend foolishly and a stronger, larger, professional and more experienced manpower of over 100,000 soldiers soon to be increased to more than 150,000. I respect the defunct South African Defense Force(SADF) more than this lilly livered South African National Defense Whatever(SANDW/F).

How deaf and ignorant can you be? You've refused to acknowledge the FACT that Sudan was a UN mission. HABAA! DUMMY, Sudan was a UN mission! SIMPLE AND KLAAR!

DictatorZAR: I've not seenone of those companies you listed in SA or there products on the shelves of supermarkets.

Its also very narrow minded to say those companies don't need to diversify there income and expand because they can make enough profits at home. Those same companies who don't expand will be swallowed up in a ever increasing global village.

Now on the issue of refineries Nigeria has none I heart that Dangote's son is planing to built one. But you know for a country like Nigeria that is a OPEC member it should be strategic for Nigeria to have a 2million litres a day refinerery. Now SA has already 4 refineries and planing to built the largest one in africa in the next 2 years just to keep up with its current demand and to negate the reliance on imported refined petroleum products.
Hope when i show you proof of Nigeria's refineries you won't melt in shame?
