op make sure u always cover up ur chest. take hot tea mostly in the evening to free ur airway. Avoid taking cold water. the weather is cold so it will always trigger the attack. All u can do for now is minimize it b4 u knw u will stop using ur inhaler for some time again. if u r coughing get a good cough syrup. Don't take overdose of the inhaler in order not to make ur self uncomfortable.

use seretide it is longer acting and has steriod in it. cheers. if no improvement come back and I will tell u what to do

it is a sign it is not well controlled, first avoid cold weather, since u kno dust is a trigger, are ur rooms clean, what about d bedsheet, pillows. what do u do?

once all d primary issue has been addressed den make u will need another inhaler with stronger action. what type of inhaler do u use. is it ventolin or seretide
