The Chelsea board have got to get their shit_ together. The transfer rumour mill has just been terrible for Chelsea recently. It's almost as if all the players want to leave Chelsea. Different clubs openly courting our players and many other players being very reluctant to renew contracts.

It seems the players are not satisfied with the club's hierarchy or something because I don't get why many of them are quite willing to leave Chelsea.

As in ehh I personally didn't think Alonso will still be useful. I remember reading that the club wanted to sell him when we wanted to buy Lukaku, and here he is still going strong. Not to talk of Barkley and loftus cheek who have been a shell of themselves for 2-3 years now.
I tell you, tuchel has worked wonders with his squad. No coach has handled an entire squad as effectively as he has. If you fu©k up, straight to the bench for another person to prove themselves and give you the time to be mentally prepared again.
All these while getting the results needed.

This guy has won the top 10 coaches in world football. That's very admirable.

Yesterday's result kinda increased my confidence of us winning the league. I know it's just Norwich and I'm trying to be cautiously optimistic considering that we've also started the last 4 seasons very well too only to be shambolic and lose our heads from late November period to mid January.

But this time feels very different. I've fallen in complete love with tuchel. I've never been a fan of players since I started watching football rather I've been a fan of coaches which is why I'm always heartbroken when they're sacked.
But it has to be said that tuchel is proving to be the best coach we've ever had in the modern era.
What marks tuchel out is his ability to both develop players while being tactically innovative. He sets up a structure that makes it easy for players to adapt to while playing to their strength.

Before the season started, who could have thought that players like malanga sarr, chalobah, loftus cheek, Barkley and Alonso would play an impactful role in our season?? These were all light or dead weights waiting to be shipped out and here we are early into the season and every single squad member has been utilized to satisfactory degrees. Every single player satisfied knowing that he will be given their chance to prove themselves.

Our squad depth is now unparalleled due to this effective man management. Every single player comes in and immediately slots in comfortably.

I see us winning big things. I'm cautiously optimistic but this time does feel very different. One can feel something special cooking at Stamford bridge. We have played almost all the top teams and still top the table, let's see if we can build a healthy lead at the top before end of January. I trust tuchel to take us past our festive fixture curse. I can't wait for us to win the club world cup too.

Long may this happiness last. Let's make our rivals drool and be high on jealousy.

You know for someone like you who claims to be impermeable to sentiments, it's bewildering to see you be this gullible to havertz marketing propaganda.
So in your mind we should shift Lukaku, one of the best strikers in the world right now to the side or to the bench for havertz because he has utterly failed and been abysmal in any other position. I laugh in German. Such imbecility.

I have tried to see what the fuss was all about over this player but try as hard as I can all I see is frailty, fragility and a little technique.

The back 3 is due to lack of a traditional DM.
