At 1-0, maresca made 2 defensive subs in order to defend a 1 goal lead at 65 mins with 30 mins to play. Santos is playing 10. That's just a terrible mindset.

If this talk of "envy" is not nipped in the bud immediately, it will become an agenda on its own.

Let it be stated firmly that NOBODY is jealous or envious of people going broad. We are rightfully calling out the stupidity and wickedness in having terrible opinions about our very own realities which you are away from and by default unable to feel. Only he who wears the shoes know where it pinches. You cannot be away from Nigeria and support the people who are causing them harm. That is terrible!

Nobody is envious about anyone. I will always suspect that distroy account as an alternate of nihilist but I guess, one can only keep observing.

We bash "SOME" of the abroadians because their political opinions come across not just as foolish but extremely WICKED.
Obainojazz, Roland, dead presidents are also abroadians and no one bashes them because they don't support the corrupt and evil men in this government.

All of us in this country suffer directly and indirectly from the misrule of this government you cannot expect people to smile with you when you talk shit from the position of convenience abroad. That is wickedness!

Look at how he gleefully enjoys this type of dysfunctional politics we have. For him, it's all about our lives being a game.
In all the permutations, he makes it clear, the people themselves, the masses don't matter at all. That's really a shame.

Maresca doesn't yet have the answer for a 5 at the back formation. We're far too passive in the game.

Of course, change is constant, but when you've shown a pattern of flipping across political positions, especially as an extremist, maybe what you need is a measured expression of whatever your new political positions are, and grace to those that don't share your political views today.

DonJ has been an extreme Buharist
DonJ has been extremely anti-Obi, going as far as wishing him death
Then anti-Buhari
Then an extreme Obidient
Now back to being anti-Obi and anti-Tinubu.

DonJ has to be calming down, and not doing emotional blackmail with people that don't share his political position.
"Extreme buharist". grin grin really??
I've tried to explain the nuances in my vote, not support.
My vote for APC was to dismantle the dominance of pdp in the hopes of strengthening our democracy and not becoming a one party faux democratic nation like many other African countries.

Hindsight has shown that position to be failure but at the time was very logical. hence my support for a total revolution.

My obidient support was never about just one man which is why I am kinda political depressed. It was about participating in a political revolution, one led by the masses. It was a dream, Obi was just a vehicle to that dream. His failure to build on that movement is why you can see my disinterest in him at the moment not as if I'm suddenly turning on his values which I had espoused.

Do you believe change is constant or stagnant?
It's not even about changing of opinion here. I didn't even have one about the man before that. That post was made 15 years ago. That was my ONLY POST about Peter obi ever in my old account.

It was a joke that they used to drive agenda when I was pointing out raumdeuters extreme hate towards igbos.

That story of DonJ wishing Peter Obi death...

There was one Northern governor or ex-governor that went blind, that was who DonJ said he wished would be Peter Obi's pilot grin grin grin
You know that saying that states "repeat a lie a thousand times and it becomes truth" or throw Soo much shit and see which sticks.

That's what basically happened. A single OFF-HANDED JOKE I made about Obi has suddenly become a defining stance.

For the record, this was even far before I became interested in politics as a whole. Before that, I had no opinion or perspective about the man. I hadn't mentioned him even once but somehow "I hate him enough to wish him death".

Agenda wey no get papa and mama, na him be that.

That's impossible, People should be allowed to vote their choice. Even if gumi decides to run for president today, some people for south and east go still vote for am.
Their right to vote and support who they like is not in doubt indeed. But so also is the right for the same ones to absolutely lambast such dangerous support.

You cannot support something very terrible to the society that would affect everyone and then expect to be shielded from vituperation. That's asking to eat your cake and have it.

Again, politics is a powerful bedrock of all our lives. It's not a game, and talks about not bearing grudges against those that purposefully makes bad decisions that harm us only emboldens such bad decisions.

You crashed out after the results of 2023 elections was declared.

More than 2 years after, you're still crashing out and projecting your hurt to blame BRD for DYK's post in a public forum.

At this point, its safe to conclude you'd never get over it. Continue to wallow in the pain.
So it's ad hominem now instead of facing the point? That's quite immature.

But what should I expect from a biased moderator who teamed up with dayo and started deleting and suspending me for highlighting his terrible tribal attacks? You showed the typical characteristics of a corrupt Nigerian politician, the type you support.

Small power you were given, you abused it to help your friend and apply bias in your action. That's why you support the rot in the system. A very big shame.

I refuse to be morally blackmailed and drawn into your extreme hypothetical mind game. Your overly sanctimonious posturing has made you miss the fact that you're the one trying to cheapen the importance of political choices by reducing it to supporting jihad and violent extremism.

That you'd even go down the manipulative route of "what if your mother supports a candidate who subscribes to a jihadist ideology" in an attempt to use a fringe hypothetical to justify emotional overreaction to ordinary political choices, is shameful and defeats your arguement.

Most political differences in Nigeria by the voters on the candidates they support stem from ethnicity, party affiliation, insecurity, the economy, corruption perception, unemployment & job creation, power supply etc and things that will improve quality of life, not Jihad or extremist ideology.

None of those considerations warrant cutting off people who raised you, fed you and helped you during hard times. If you think otherwise, then it proves my point that politics has become your religion and a do-and-die affair. Na you holy pass. Na only you sabi road and anyone who disagrees with you is morally corrupt. Such intolerance and toxicity shouldn't be encouraged or emulated in our political sphere.

Normal people disagree during elections on a multitude of issues, without being labelled terrorist sympathizers. Mature and sensible adults know how to argue and have political differences without destroying their homes.
Again you are attempting to cheapen the implications of elections.
No, my analogy is not extreme! It is to emphasize the importance of politics in all our lives. You are the one trying to emotionally blackmail people by using love of family to excuse when those same people support ideology inimical to the society. Supporting a political candidate only because he's from your tribe is also as dangerous as my analogy.

Don't dodge the question.

HOW WOULD YOU RELATE WITH YOUR LOVING MOTHER WHO SUPPORTS A VIOLENT JIHADIST THEOLOGICAL CONQUER OF THE SOCIETY?

My questions aims to highlight that your loved ones can also harbor very dangerous beliefs and it's not black and white to say, ohh no matter what, love them. That's you emotionally manipulating people.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by donjazzet: 11:18pm On Dec 03, 2025
Semid4lyfe, your post is a cheap attempt to cheapen the drastic importance of politics and ideology in our collective lives.

If my father or mother supports and votes for candidates that are very clearly and obviously dangerous to society, then cutting them off is the least you can do that is of course after numerous attempts to change their perception with love.

Politics is NEVER A GAME. it is the single most powerful bedrock of every society. It shapes the society you live in. And you may be blind to that but you must strive to see it as an issue of life and death. Because you cannot escape politics.

This is some sanctimonious and morally superior BS that assumes the candidate you support is the right one and everyone who disagrees is wrong. Democracy doesn't work that way. Everyone gets their one vote, and exercises it based on their own priorities, experiences and fears. Reducing people's choices to values you approve or disapprove of is childish. Politics no be religion. Nobody owes you loyalty to your preferred messiah. Know this and know peace.

People selling their votes in Nigeria is due to poverty and a defective electoral structure, and not because we do not take elections seriously. Hunger no dey hear sermons, and lectures no fit get weight when survival dey on the line. So abeg, drop the moral superiority. Naija get hin own problems but we no need to add American-style madness on top.
Let me ask you a simple question.

If your mother supports a candidate that subscribes to a jihadist ideology. One that seeks to impose Islamic religion upon society by violence. How would you relate with your mother?

Of course this already supposes that you've tried everything to changed her mindset. How would you relate to a pro jihadist mother and brother who aligns with a violent movement to impose a theological political system in the entire country?

Guys I'm having a very bad day. A friend of mine collapsed this morning and we rushed him to general hospital area 1 Abuja, doctors were on strike and we were told no one could attend to him, the we went to fmc and another private hospitals, they couldn't attend to him because the doctor wasn't around. A private clinic declared him dead.

He doesn't actually look dead to me. Please what do I do?
Please respond as fast as you can.

Raumdeuter does not hate NK because of any crimes he accuses him of. He hates him because he is Igbo and the fox scornfully laughs when Igbos promote the hatred with him.

So while you ignorantly tag crimes to him, he fuels it and makes you believe your people are wicked.

This is someone that promotes Tinubu and APC on this thread.

Perhaps he does not know that Tinubu is a drug lord whose activities ruined lives.

If NK was from his tribe, you think he will spill all the rubbish he spills about him? He will defend him.

Let him show us I quoted post he has made against Sunday Igboho and I will apologise.
You are very very correct in everything you've just typed here. No single wrong sentence.
Dayos position of this issue comes from his bigotry not from a place of concern.

However 2 wrongs don't make a right. Nnamdi kanu decided on a path of violence and he can only end in one from there. He deserves at least a prison sentence for his crimes against humans.

We better just split Nigeria and let them go their way. I prefer to be a Muslim minority in a secular country

Gumi actually speaks for these clowns who actually celebrate bandits, terrorists and murderers as freedom fighters

Look at them boldly celebrating terrorists on social media and no DSS is arresting them.

for all intents and purposes they fully and wholeheartedly support boko haram

I have to wonder about what goes through the minds of the northerners who fled to the south. Because in the end it seems like they also support all of this while running away from it
Wait a minute, you're a Muslim?? Wow never knew that. That's actually good to know. Shows there truly are moderate Muslims.

I can see u are still hurt that Obi didn't take to ur hot headed advice of staging protests to "shut down the country" following the outcome of 2023 elections.

We've been through this before, most of the hot headed takes you dropped about how Obi should've moved following the elections would've caused serious problem for Obi and young Nigerians who would've followed him in that fruitless journey.

Maybe you have forgotten they signed peace accord before the elections and Buhari being the president in 2023 would not have hesitated to deal with Obi if he had tried what you suggested back then. They only need to get counter protesters to make trouble with Obi's "peaceful protesters", cause civil unrest here and there; then give security agencies reason to crack down on them. We all saw how that played out during ENDSARS which you vehemently opposed despite how peaceful it was.

As for your last paragraph, can you please tell us what exactly has Sowore achieved with his series of faux protest every market day? Sowore protested for most of Buhari's tenure, did that yield any political capital? What political change has he been able to effect with his Machiavellian approach to issues?

I really want to hear from you.
Sowore hasn't achieved much because he simply didn't weld the clout and influence Obi now has which is why I'm saying both characteristics should be combined.

And this fear about civil unrest is the same as accepting eternal defeat. Those were the two options presented to us. Go out and vociferously defend your votes or cower in silence and accept defeat.

Now the ruling class has boldly accepted the mantra that the people simply don't matter. The institutions have been completely captured.

A sowore with obi's kind of influence would have tapped into the raw anger and passion of his followers as opposed to accepting defeat.

Obi has proven himself a weak and ineffectual leader. He has singlehandedly killed the movement and that's very sad.
