....I beg to differ...using a smart phone is no fun,it's a faster and more convenient way of communication...you could have as well stuck to letter writing rather than having a Nokia Torchlight phone...after all,no be the same message you go still send. Aside communicating,you tend to keep up with what's happening around you and the world at large...it's a "DIY" form of educational tool rather than relying on when next you lay your hands on a current newspaper or turn on d radio or tv....please owing a smart phone is necessary but yeah,it's not compulsory (if you don't have the money to afford one)

We must understand that the absence/withdrawal of God from a place/person is a very scary thing. Saul is an example, this is spiritual death. When the Lord leaves or when the Holyspirit lifts up from a person, like in Samson, it's spiritual death, this leaves the person vulnerable to disaster.


Spiritual death is a disconnection, withdrawal of the presence of God. Which is why a king was on throne for twenty years, and God has left him. Which is why we should take heed to cultivate the presence of God and what invites His presence. So, spiritual death is also a condition/ tenure His presence lifts ( in few occassions like in Samson after his hair was shaved)

Truth be told, when the grass is green, it will attract, to avoid spiritual death, we should cultivate the rituals of God that attracts his undisputed presence, one secret is God has no control over himself " technically " when the right things are done, this includes living a holy lifestyle, restitution, worship, prayer, faith, giving, obedience. The scripture says His eyes scrolls to and fro the earth seeking those who are for Him....

See, spiritual evolvment is what we should focus on, this happens only when there's consistent obedience from one level to another, and every level we obey God and walk in His commands opens doors of greater glory, blessings, revelation, gifts, His presence, anointing and all sort....


So, let's keep our eyes fixated on Him that has called us not to live in fear, but in love...

Signs of spiritual death :

- A presence of fear

- Unshakeable emptiness

- Prayerlessness

-Persistent unhappiness and depression

- Lack of success ( sometimes )

- Indecisiveness and Lack of Understanding/Knowing what to do even in demanding times

- Loss of direction

- Extreme Fatigue and Lack of Zeal, Passion, Fire

- Feeling stuck in life and being tossed to and fro





Why many people feel and think spiritual death is only caused by sin. It is also a condition that occurs when the Spirit of God is lifted.

In the garden, notice it was written, Adam heard the voice of God walking in the garden ( active spirituality ), but as of when they ate the fruit, the presence of God was temporarily withdrawn ( i.e. spiritual death or partial withdrawal of his spirit ), when spiritual death occurs when God walks away, it is to confirm things He taught them as in the garden, to see how we will react....It's a testing phase, at times it is to show us the condition of our hearts, and that without Him we are nothing, it is also to determine our level of faithfulness to His commands and to ascertain how we will react "in his seemingly absence "...See, the withdrawal of God still has the presence of God, but muted, which is why the first and more important thing to do when you don't feel God close is " to not do anything ", or examine decisions you make during this time carefully, cause most times decisions made during this period goes a long way to determine what we are been tested for.

In the end, God can't resist the place of His presence, cultivate His presence and we will be fine ( albeit to an extent, till His full presence is restored )

Note : If you feel His sudden absence, copy what i do with Him : I carry mat and sit down, and tell Him, i will decide when He returns, don't do anything during this period cause He's testing you..Aha, he sent someone to me 2015 say i don sabi am finish, the moment i detect His absence, i behave like a good boy, no fights, no issues with people cause it's an extremely vulnerable period.When His presence return, you can see me fight even against a whole city


Note there's a third spiritual death, when the soul is more active than the spirit - this is where even most new believers dwell, cause the flesh becomes more active than the spirit, and wages war against the spirit, for most people, they don't have control, lose their will, can't live right... To understand this third one completely, you need to read Watchman Nee's book....

A lot of young ladies are heaping sad stories upon sad stories telling themselves marriage is a prison, imagining the worst for themselves, the place satan wants to trap their minds.
