The cheapest and most preferred is for someone traveling to Cyprus to help you bring it.

The common courier services from Nigeria are EMS,UPS, DHL and FedEx; there are many others you can check them out at

If you don’t pay within 90 days the phone will stop working and you have to also travel to Lefkosia if you are leaving in another city to get that done.

So by the time you add import tax with IMEI registration charges you will see it does not worth it. If someone can help you bring the phone then you only pay IMEI.
