It's easy to distort numbers and quote stupid statistics to suit one's agenda, but let's even work with that stupidity.

The so-called 8% irregularity (or 14, 000 polling unit numbers), if regularised and reconciled, is it enough to change the actual winner of the election? THAT SHOULD BE THE QUESTION.

For purposes of argument, since INEC gave Thiefnumbu 8+ million votes and gave Atiku almost 7 million votes... If the 8% irregularities are regularised and then thiefnumbu's numbers reduce to 6m plus while Atiku's own increase to 8m plus, what should the Supreme Court consider? The end result of the actual numbers regularisation, or the academic fixation with comparative irregularity percentage of 8%?

Do i have to remind you, 2023 election hosted 4 candidate namely APC, LP, PDP & NNPP

i find it preposterous when i see educated people argue the way you do

What makes you think all irregularities as to be against APC and all must favor PDP or LP

What makes you belief only APC stands a chance to lose votes, and PDP or LP can only ADD to what they have, so APC were not cheated anywhere in the whole 36states

Finally, On what hypothesis did you conclude all irregularities & rigging must be found on APC only.

The Supreme Court of Kenya is a good reference point. They canceled Uhuru’s second term election for irregularities.

Kenya election was annulled by the court becos results were called even before the votes where counted
