had similar experience. went to ibtc they told me ntb is closed for this year. I said no not primary but secondary. He insisted that he checked and both were off till next year. In my area just 1 ibtc branch close by so I sharperly transferred to fbn. The officer who was handling my ntb in fbn upon seeing my balance involuntarily reacted saying "is it a transfer? " I was like what? He said nothing. All he said afterwards was "yea it's done". till the following day, no debit. lol... I just chilled... went to another branch and finally got it done. I'll exercise more patience.

Well, i will move my cash back to MMF till Jan when i shall move totally to stanbic Ibtc.
