“You don't love someone because they're perfect, you love them in spite of the fact that they're not.” Once you love someone, you will accept them with their faults not to try and fix it. As for me, when I'm in love with some i won't bother looking for faults cause love they say is ”blind“. And, even if she has i won't try to fix it cause that's part of who they are. You better love them for that or you just walk away rather than trying to fix it. |

I will try to talk with the abuser, try to talk him out of what he is doing to the woman. But, you know some men don't like to be advised on anything concerning how he runs his family. So, if the man were to be that kind of person that won't listen to any advise, i will just back-off and let him be. It's his wife, so i have no right to tell him how to handle her. On the other hand, since the son now imitates his father in abusing the mother. I will advise her to leave the marriage. Because, they might one day beat her to death. Ps: @op since your husband told you not to interfere with what is happening. I suggest you listen to him. Don't put your family in chaos because of another woman's problems. I know how you feel about how your friend is being abused. ”Humans are emotional in nature“. You should not let your emotions take over you. ACT WISE. |

Jeez!! Although, this is a minor issue to the ones i have seen outside nigeria. This is ”nigeria“ for crying out loud!! We have our culture and mode of dressing especially in occasions like this. Why try to imitate the foreigners? Well, all i could say is that the parents of this bride never gave her a good home training. Seriously, what is the groom's attitude when he saw what her bride is putting on? She's not even ashamed of what she's wearing. She's a disgrace to the good and God-fearing girls. Lord have mercy on her soul and those who allowed her to wear that nonsense. If i were the priest, i will call off the wedding asap. For me, the parents and the groom should be blamed. In fact, anything that can breathe and move from one place to the other around her are to be blamed. 1 Like |

This is a very serious case. For me in particular, i don't like it when a women is being abused. A man in his right senses won't abuse a woman for nothing. @op we need to know the character of the lady in question. How she treats her man? Even the son also abuses the mother. Something is wrong about the lady in question. @op enlighten us more about her attitude. |

The ones i have seen there posts. MY BEST: IDOWUOGBO: she's funny(but sometimes i wonder if its a ”he“ or ”she“ behind that handle). Although, sometimes i tend to step on her toes. But, its all for fun. I also, find it difficult to decipher what she wrote sometimes. VIVIAN CHINAZA(CHINASA): she's a good nigerian girl with good qualities from her post. She always stands firm and make good points whenever an issue about ”nigerian ladies“ are being discussed. SEXKILLZ: he's an intelligent guy from his posts. Although, i once used abusive words on him. But, no hard feelings dawg. 190 THE CLOWN: very funny dude. I always laugh when reading his posts... DAILYNEWS: the comprehension dude. He has knowledge and intelligence. But, sometimes he sounds hypocritical. That's all still observing. I'm not that active on the romance section. NO WORST MEMBERS FOR ME. |

So boys and girls date for 2yrs,3yrs,4yrs and 5yrs ? @post mine was 8months, other break-ups was below that. I can't imagine myself dating a girl for a year plus and then break up with her. Unless, they are pals in school. But, outside school, in the real world dating a girl for that long and then breaking up with her, is unjust. Unless, its her choice for you guys to break up. Then, fine. I will only do that when I'm looking for my ”missing rib“ with whom i will tie the knot with.
