Congratulations on your appointment. In terms of job security, I belive state institutions offer better job security than private. For financial stability, you salary being paid as at when due is dependent on the state government. If you have a bad governor for instance who care less about welfare of workers, you may have problems with salary but the thing is that such administration won't last forever. A few times, there may be strike. Its not the worst of jobs, really. You can even make extra money with time in the system.

If you are just getting the letter know you may not receive salary for a few months but if that happens, you will eventually get everything together.

Identify the opportunities at your workplace. There's always opportunities others may not see. All the best.

It's stated clearly that I'm going to work at Ministry of head of service office on grade 08 step 2 As Scientific officer.
