Wished Anderson progressed his ability and grew into a world class. Wished Nani maintained his form of 2009/10 and 2010/11. In 2008 I thought Anderson will be the future commando of Brazil midfield. Nani, how much I liked him. Everything vanished like a dream.

We'd likely drop points doing that cos of the changes and the acclimatization especially the young ones need. I'm of the opinion they should be introduced gradually but most importantly, everyone should earn his place via his performance.

it's not that easy.
the players have to bed in. the additions are mostly from other leagues, their acclimatisation can take up to 6 months. i would be happy with 2nd position, a s/final finish in europe & 1 of the 2 domestic cups in the kitty.

as for smalling, you are correct. darmian will lock that rightback position down. the number of utility players in the squad is ridiculous. only de gea & shaw are nailed down in one position. others can function in at least 2-3 positions.
