yea. You can't tell if a lexical item (word) is a verb or noun in isolation, it must be put in a sentence or at least context to determine its syntactic category. For instance the word "fight" would automatically be classified as a verb by most people whereas it is not possible to tell if its a verb or not just like that. So if you want to know how to identify a verb in a sentence you can let me know

Anywhere you see do, did, does, will, shall, should, would, may, might etc just know that the next verb MUST be in present tense and plural form. If you have any problem with identifying a verb in a sentence you can let me know
