Please does the irish embassy go to a persons bank acc and conforms of there's still money there For example a person has =N=2m to in his account and makes a statement and after some months, he removes the money inside the account just a week before applying for the irish visa. Would the embassy go about and nose into a persons balance from the bank or they just look at the bank statement of it's authen. Thank u

another thing though.... Don't be offended though. What if I choose not to pay the bond and use just the N4m which I did today into my sponsors company acc and then into his own personal acc so it could have a better explanation of where the money came from. Would lent that also be accepted??

we are going to include the source of the money and since his account has been very very active that wouldn't be a problem. And besides, the N4m which is being brought in is from his company's.

Dat lumpsum thing is direct ticket to Refusal. Don't get ur self involve in that.what u will do is to pay the bond first include ur receipt (payment details) on u application, then if the VO still requests for another proof of finance b4 u can include any of those details.

ok meaning a new statement with the money may not be required or I could use the old statement because that one ended 24th October

and also, is it possible for me to use the old bank statement fort sonsor, because I have paid full fees already though but the N4m which was previously in his own personal acc is no longer there because he runs an oil and gas company so most of his personal income, he puts it into his business so as at now there's no money but we could put money there if we wanted to but wouldn't that be lump sum lodgement?? What if we can explain how the money got there Would the visa still be refused

please @ boss vicjustice I applied for an irish visa but I was refused with the following reasons

CP:- need to undertake the course in this state not demonstrated or warranted

F:- finances:- evidence provided is deemed insufficient or incomplete. The applicant has provided details that his uncle will cover his full costs. Insufficient evidence of why the sponsor of would pay the applicant rather than his own direct family is not shown. Evidence of relationship to sponsor is also not provided.

ID:- insufficient documentation submitted in support of the application

OB:- obligations to return to home country have not been deemed sufficient

OC:- condition - The potential cost of the trip is high in comparison to the applicants means, and given that no compelling reasons for the trip have been displayed, the visa officer is not satisfied of your intentions to leave the state following your visit.

OC:- observe the conditions of visa - the visa sought is for a specific purpose and duration:- the applicant has not satisfied the visa officer that such conditions would be observed.
SP:- gaps in education or employment not accounted for. No evidence of education or employment since June 2013

ok thank u boss... I've decided to reapply cos the section starts January 12 2015.... I'll look into the reasons and fix them..... I previously submitted statement of purpose, statement of acc for me and that of my sponsor and his company, his documents for landed properties, offer letter from the school, confirmation of enrollment from the school, visa letter, passport of my sponsor and parents, school results and certificates, my own passport, online visa application form, letter of sponsorship.... I think that's all

ok, see now ehn chairman... I've decided to leave the irish visa level despite the fact hv paid N4.5m fees at trinity college Dublin so my student enrollment Advicer applied for foundation to study pharmacy at Liverpool john Moores university (UK) she said they'd have to interview me through Skype... Please o do u have any idea how the interview would be or what it might involve and also even if I get an admission, what are my chances of applying for visa and still be able to resume January

If you are applying for Irish visa you must show proof that you have strong ties to your country of origin and you have not violated any visa conditions to other countries especially UK and U.S. to avoid automatic refusal. And if you have been refused Irish visa it is best you avoid appeal at all cost, allow some time before making another application. My 1 cent.

Thank you for your response i will be patient with the business registration before i proceed and i don’t intend using any fake document everything would be original. If i get my business registration in January and i apply in february wont the embassy use that against me ? also my account is in my name and not the business name since and i only save and save and save but few withdrawals. I have so many questions so i will just ask one after the other

Please i need your advise and guide, i just finished my university education and my certificate is still under review and i will like to visit ireland for a short holiday, over the years i have been into business while schooling i have about 2M in my account, recently i signed up for a business registration which is still under process and it wont be ready until January or February. I have visited south africa 3 times i have 2 expired visa and one valid south african visa on my passport. please put me though
