another thing though.... Don't be offended though. What if I choose not to pay the bond and use just the N4m which I did today into my sponsors company acc and then into his own personal acc so it could have a better explanation of where the money came from. Would lent that also be accepted??

I think the bond is better, the other old statements make it stronger

Please does the irish embassy go to a persons bank acc and conforms of there's still money there For example a person has =N=2m to in his account and makes a statement and after some months, he removes the money inside the account just a week before applying for the irish visa. Would the embassy go about and nose into a persons balance from the bank or they just look at the bank statement of it's authen. Thank u

Too many have tried this scam.

Also boarder control at POE can check.

There is nothing like ''they can''

The answer is: They will confirm it. 100% guarantee. So don't even try it.

Irish Embassy are a specialist in confirming each document one by one. They're hotter than fire in confirmation of documents. Tougher than Canadian High Commission sef.

Use your school accomodation officer, or the student union.
Or book a hotel for a week or so to give yourself time to look around.

Trinity college is a popular well recognised school in Ireland.

Can you repackage yourself with the below list?

(1) Letter of Undertaking, stating that you will observe the conditions of your visa by returning to Nigeria on completion of your study

(2) Personal Statement of Purpose explaining why you want to study in Ireland and the reasons why you will return to Nigeria and how it would benefit Nigeria. Make sure you give evidence of your relationship with your sponsor, such as picture(s) you snap together or any other evidence of your relationship with him/her

(3) Your valid International Passport

(4) Your Passport photographs

(5) Your qualifications / Certificates

(6) Your birth certificate

(7) Your personal bank statement

(8.) A personal letter explaining any gaps in your education history in Nigeria, The visa officer stated in his refusal letter that you did not explain the gaps in your education since June 2013, so you need to explain the reason of the gaps and what you have been doing since then. Make sure you provide evidence of what you have been doing during those gaps.

(9) A Letter of Sponsorship from your sponsor, why he wish to sponsor you and full explanation of his/her relationship with you, attach copy of his/her International passport

(10) Your sponsor's personal statement of account, & company if possible, showing 6 month transaction details. PLEASE NOTE: make sure that the amount balance in your sponsor's bank account is much more higher than all costs of your school fees/trip to Ireland

(11) Your sponsor's proof of income such as copy of his company's certificate of incorporation and tax clearance, also include his landed property documents like you said

(12) Offer letter from the school in Ireland

(13) Confirmation of Enrolment from the School in Ireland confirming you have been accepted and enrolled on a course of full-time day-time education. Don't forget that you must have access to €3,000 at first registration. This is in addition to your course fees.

(14) You must have PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE, either PERSONALLY or through a group scheme operated by the school in Ireland, at time of registration in accordance with the conditions as required by the Irish Immigration

(15) You must have proof that your school fees have been paid to the college. If your school fees are below €6,000, the full amount of the fees must be paid in advance.

(16) Police criminal clearance certificate, though not compulsory, but its good

(17) Letter of inroduction from your previous school, maybe the last school you attended in Nigeria, not compulsory but its good

(18) Letter of introduction from your parents explaining what it would mean to them seeing you gradute in Ireland and your return to Nigeria, if possible attach copy of their International passport

(19) Your online visa application form

(20) A letter confirming your accommodation in Ireland

(21) Pay your visa fee at the VFS submission centre

(22) Pray until something happen

Don't be quick to rush to another embassy for now, prove the Irish Embassy wrong and get your visa. You can contact your school and notify them your intention to reapply, discuss about accommodation with them if there is any help they can do for you in that regard.

Don't rush, get those documents in order one-by-one, you'll still smile! Ireland is a good quite country to study!

I think you're good to go with this, if there is any to add or remove, my bosses like Vicjustice and Justwise will let you know.

thank you very much once again. I am currently in Lagos with the documents you asked me to add to the application. By the grace of God I would be granted the visa. Please parlay for me o!!!

No offence but that's just crazy a 10 year old traveling alone... She wouldn't even get to the port before she's asked to go back

You call any Bank in Ireland and they will tell you they do not disclose the balance on the accounts . The Revenue can access your balance if they suspect you owe tax . A letter must be sent from a high ranking tax official for the bank to show details. I think if they suspect criminal activity they can get a court order to see the balance. This also applies for ex wives looking for maintenance. I believe if they have got information on an account it would be by unlawful means and investigate, it could be against the data protection act.

There was new rules in Jan 2014 for sponsors of tourist visas that they must show 40K over 3 years income . I am redundant but have savings in access of 70K . I did send a letter to INIS to find out what savings would be adequate for a C 90 day visa but they avoided the question .

Hi,

I want to know my chances of having the visa.

I'm about to file my visa application, well actually my reference(friend) in dublin will since im in Taiwan working and no consulate here.

my problem is my bank account here is just only 3months. also can I use a copy of my passbook other than their chinese bank statement and my payslips here as proof of my income and financial capability to support myself to visit ireland? the statement is not easily read as to what is my current balance is, but it is clear in my passbook that I have a current 2000 usd balance. btw my salary here is 2000 usd per month.

Also stated in my letter of assurance and invitation that my travel will be both be supported my me and my friend for eg. food and lodging. they will just call my friend for verification of this right?

I can assure them that I'll be leaving since I have my certificate of employment and approved leave duration. Also i include my contract so that they could see that I have the right to stay in here after I visit Ireland.

You must register only if you're residing in Ireland for a period of more than three months, must register with local immigration registration officer. An immigration certificate of registration (GNIB Registration Card) is issued by the Garda National Immigration Bureau to a non-EEA national who so registers. A fee of €300 is charged in respect of each immigration certificate of registration issued to a non-EEA national with effect from 19 November 2012.

hello everyone. I wish to apply for a visitor visa to visit an aunt of mine in Ireland. I am married and I have two sons but I wish to go alone for two weeks out of my annual leave. I work with a private university as an admin officer. I earn 89k per month (after all deduction). My aunt will accommodate me for those two weeks. presently I have 416,000 in my account.
pls can anyone tell me how long d processing time takes and with my situation, do I stand a chance of getting d visa bc I don't know how strict Irish vo's are.
your words will help a long way. thank u.

This is incorrect the €40k over 3 years relates to Family reunification cases ONLY - where the reference in Ireland must show as least this amount of earnings
