We are dealing with a people who used illiteracy and penury to destroy the whole Hausa land. They called it almajiri. While their fulani "Aryan" sons and daughters are in Londons best universities, Hausa kids are roaming northern streets naked, eating from dustbin! My impression Is that these bizarre economic policies are deliberate attempts to destroy Nigerias bludgeoning middle class since the nature of Nigerias economy makes it difficult for almajiri graduates to access serious economic upliftment.
