PropheticRealms Start prophesying already. You can start by prophesying bet odds for people it will help a lot of broke job seekers and intending business minded people to raise capital for their dream businesses. What's gonna be the outcome of reviews of Imo Tstae and Bayelsa State Rulings. Now that SARS satellite offices are banned what next? Who's going to succeed Buhari? Are their hopes for Nigerians or should people continue to seek greener pastures elsewhere? |
Kelben:Let me help you bro. No need for people to click anything. Find another way to look for traffic to you blog. 1) Listening. Listening is probably the most underrated trait of great leadership. Early in my career, I had a vision of the leader is the one who answered all the questions and told the team clearly and concisely what to do. Now, I realize that the best leaders ask all the great questions and rely upon their teams to show them what to do. (Disclaimer: While I understand this intellectually, I still do struggle to listen more than I talk.) 2) Humility. This is connected to #1. Great leaders are humble. They have the humility to know what they don't know, and they are open to learning new things constantly. Humility also makes the people who follow a leader respect them and want to work hard on their behalf. 3) Broad-minded. The best leaders I know study fields totally outside of their day-to-day work lives. And that's because they know there's value in synthesis--infusing ideas from disparate sources to come up with something new. So they are constantly exploring the unfamiliar and studying the unknown. 4) Comfortable with solitude. It's counter intuitive to some people, but leadership and solitude are connected. As a leader, so many things come at you all the time that you need to be able to stay by yourself and think through problems. We don't appreciate this enough--we tend to think of leaders as extroverted, "people-people." But in fact, some of the best leaders--both today and throughout history--were the people who were most comfortable being by themselves. (There's a great essay on this by William Deresiewicz, by the way, which you can read here.) 5) Givers. People want to support those who are generous. And the best leaders I know are generous--with their time, their talent, their resources, their money. The social psychologist Adam Grant has done a great deal of work on the idea of "givers"--people who expand what's possible in the world by what they give. And the best leaders I know happen to be givers, and they constantly find ways to help those around them. 6) Failures. I'm very suspicious of people who haven't failed in some way, and I'm even more suspicious if leaders haven't failed. Failure is the best teacher there is, and there are so many lessons you learn from falling on your face that you can't learn any other way. The best leaders I know have failed--some of them many times over. But that's part of what has given them the wisdom and experience to lead well. 7) Mission-focused. This one's important but often overlooked. The best CEOs I know are often the people who could care less about the title of CEO. They aren't looking for perks, corner offices, or fat compensation packages. They are so focused on the mission that they can forget how much time has passed at work (in ways that are sometimes unhealthy). But the point, more broadly, is that the best leaders are driven by a mission, and the mission sustains them through the inevitable ups and downs of leadership. |

sweetnonsense:even if Police side of the story was truth, why cant they charge him to court and have him arraigned with legal proceedings. Pray you and your family don't fall victim of Police injustice. SARS officers had one day in the presence of my younger sister, threatened to frame me up and lock me up because i refused to give them money. they had actually started carrying out their threat, seized our phones and commandeered me to drive to the station but luckily on getting to their station, i ran into a very senior family friend who is a very Senior Police Officer who intervened angrily and set us free. may the evils they do envelop and deal heavily with them. Amen and Amen |

The truth is that God will one day punch all the sycophants and propagandists in our precious Enugu State being lead by a non performing Governor. Pensioners in Enugu State are yet to be paid their monthly stipends since over a year now. Our Governor is not paying attention to the whole of Enugu Metropolis neither can he hold claim to any tangible project in other Local Governments Areas outside Nsukka Axis All the roads in Uwani, Kenyetta Road, the whole of Idaw River Layout (umuchu, Mount, Ikiriki, Omachiana, Ozalla) as well as the road to the residential settlement behind Guru Maharaji (Aria Road) are amongst the worst, look at the whole Achara Layout: Awkunanaw Street, Etudo, Obianodo, Igbariam, Ubaka to mention but a few. I don't want to talk about the roads in Abakpa or the ones in Emene but remember to wear diving gears if you want to follow Annunciation HOSPITAL road or Sooil Plaza Road. One-Day road is terribly in deplorable condition so are all adjoining roads in their respective axis. All the link roads from Enugu-PH express are terrible: the road linking the express to and from Amaechi flyover, the road linking Enugu - PH express to and from Ugwuaji fly over, Ugwuaji road is death trap, Oji River link road to Enugu - Onitsha Express to mention but a few. Almost all the primary and secondary schools in the state are in deplorable condition. The State Library before Ogbete is a house of rodents and hudlums.. His predecessors left high standards that he has never come close to making a match. Sullivan did marvelously well, look at Akwatta in Ogbete, a right thinking Governor should have made it a priority to complement Sullivan's achievements on the road by doing something to the two roads leading to and from the market knowing fully well that the place contributes considerable quota in IGR of the state. Same goes to the industrial layout at Red Cross Road at Holy Ghost and the defunct Industrial Estate at Zik Avenue after First Bank before MTN office. Rural Communities like Ogulogu in Ezeagu, Iwollo etc will believe that Christ's second coming will happen more quickly than their roads receiving government attention. He knows he has done nothing commensurate with the funds the state is receiving from federal government that's why he spends a lot on image laundering. Attn: babygiwa, chinwe1960, technuel, netoc65, StateNews, Gboy101 and many others. We know lots of you are doing your jobs as paid propagandists and image launderers. The hustle is real and unemployment rate is high but be mindful of the fact that everyone is well aware of his non performance. We are aware that you people pay your way to Frontpage in Nairaland. Some even make the mods to hide or ban opposing views all in the name of hustle. No be una fault sha but u people should know that Enugu State has never had it this bad and no condition is permanent |
The only difference is that the residents of Maiduguri seems to be getting wiser now. No need for any stupid comparison. The continued existence of Boko Haram till this day means that both past and present administration has not put in a sincere effort to curb the evil menace. Where are the weapons being used by Boko Haram coming from? They are making use of high caliber military hardware. Dont we have security agencies in all seaports, airports and land borders? There is still reasonable level of enforcement of the importation of mundane goods such as cecond hand clothings, groceries, vegetable oil, rice etc from the land borders such that everyone felt the impact almost immediately. Why is the same seriousness not shown to end the supplies of weapons and and food supplies to the untrained illiterates. Why havnt there been sincere efforts in security intelligence gathering to unravel their sponsors and bring them to book. Why didn't the previous government or the present government make use of foreign and more advanced military aid to stop the terrorists considering the fact that our local personnel have not been able to succeed. Terrorism fight is a very big business for the stakeholders. The purchase of weapons, arms and ammunitions, Medical supplies, vehicles, clothings and accoutrements, feeding and other logistics and even the manning of IDPs are juicy contracts handled by companies affiliated to the ruling class. They wouldn't want the Gold mine to come to end Irrespective of the thousands of lives being wasted on a daily basis. Like I said before the residents booed because they are getting wiser. |
Fake fake fake. Poor script handled by inept crew |
What a sad Val's day bluez The stupid heartless irresponsible loser guy wanted to run away abi on top the blood of another person's daughter. What would he have done it were his own sister. Idi0t. Interestingly she may have made her parents believe that she's in the school's library whereas she may have traveled for tens of kilometers in pursuit of a ramming torpedoe in a bid to chop and clean mouth without knowing that she's not coming back innocent at least alive. If she had survived, she probably would have lied to her parents that it was a Keke accident while on her way to night class. Then she'd tell her friends it was a bike accident while rushing for an impromptu quiz. The things girls go through for the sake of dick, "love" and money before marriage sha. Shout out to all guys and babes who have luckily chopped and effectively cleaned their mouth and anus after shitting. Na Grace oooo no be smartness. RiP to the dead innocent girl. |

donstan18:Yoruba girls are nice company and good home keepers but they seem to struggle with hygiene both personal and domestic. It's a very serious challenge for them. This is a big turn off for men. |
nem95:It's not. Iguana are a specie of the tiny lizards with their own unique features. They have no similarity with monitor lizards |
