A Nigerian view of London
I did not come to England to take pictures of Big Ben or tour London Bridge. I just wanted to get paid and get even with those colonials. With a name like Ogundele Kayode Omobrukutu, I could not even buy a bus pass let alone open a bank account.

This is my story...., It took me 6 months to study the system, but I still could not figure out my squares and circus"s. I could not travel from Leicester Circus to Oxford Square without getting lost. I was a YMCA(Young Money Chasing African) when I joined the FRAUD (Fine
Rich Africans United in Deals). It took me 3 months to attain my ACCA (Advanced Certificate for Criminal Africans) and I needed an MBA (Major Bank Account) to do my first HND (Heavy Nigerian Deal). I arranged to meet this guy at Animal and Something, I mean Elephant and Castle. We were suppose to meet at 10.00am. I got there at 11.30am and he turned up at 1.30pm, as per we have to rep African time. He pulled up in a Mercedes 500SL with a private number plate - 419 ADE. He was a definite Nigerian, he had it all - leather jacket in summer, air condition on full blast with his roof and windows down whilst smoking cigar and choking on his smoke just to impress me. Being a fellow Nigerian I was more than impressed. He introduced himself as Adepujo Kunle Babatunde and asked me to call him Ade or Babs. He spoke with a strong Nigerian accent but he messed the whole language up by slanging - he sounded like a Canadian born Chinese living in Germany and studying French. I had not been in the country for long but I could tell that Omo (my man) was trying hard to be British. After hanging with Ade for about 2 months I became an OBE (Opportunist Bank Employee) and specialised in BBC (Breaking Bank Codes). Money wasflowing and I wanted more so I did my PhD (Passport Handling Degree) and became an FBI (Fraudster Bringing Immigrants). My status changed drastically...., I had a BMW 328i"s convertible and a Porsche 911 with a private plate - 911 OMO and living in a council flat and signing on. I went to Moonlighting every Friday and drank champagne and danced to music supplied by DJ Pace and Skills. I became foolish - I remember one night I spent over a 1000 pounds on just champagne at the club and had no money for petrol so I walked home.

My downfall.... Greed and selfishness inevitably led to my downfall - I got involved with a CIA (Cash Investing Agent) and we did a couple of GMTs (Good Money Transfers) but he later turned out to be a CID (Cop in Disguise). I was under surveillance and I did not even know. I left the NHS (Nigerian Housing Scheme) early that morning with about 12 different cheque books to go and do my business. They followed me unto the high road and it was then it hit me that something was wrong. I could not leave all that evidence in my car so I started chewing my cheque books. I ate 8 before they pulled me over. They read me my rights and all that crap and all I could say was oga abeg water please!!!!

Literature / Why Are Blacks Not Wealthy by dotunson(m): 2:25pm On Jan 29, 2016
Someone sent me this interview. Dont know if it's real or not but it' certainly true.

Why are blacks not wealthy

You've got to read this Excerpts from an interview with a Jewish leader about Blacks.
INTERVIEWER:
Why are blacks so behind Economically?

JEWISH LEADER:
The only thing blacks understand is Consumption. Blacks don't understand the importance of creating and building wealth.
The fundamental rule is to keep your money within your racial group. We the Jews build Jewish business, hire Jewish, buy Jewish and spend Jewish. There is nothing wrong with that but it is a basic rule blacks cannot comprehend and follow; "He kills his fellow blacks daily instead of wanting to see his fellow black do succeed" 93% of blacks killed in America are by other blacks.
Their leaders steal from their people and send the money back to their colonial master from whom they borrow the same money from.
Every successful black want to spend his money in the country of his colonial masters. They go on holiday abroad, buy houses abroad, school abroad, go for medical treatment abroad etc instead of spending this money in their own country to benefit their people.
Statistics show that the Jew's money exchanges hands 18 times before leaving his community while for blacks it is probably a maximum of once or even zero.
Only 6% of black money goes back into their community. This is why Jews are at the top and blacks are at the bottom of every ladder of society.
Instead of buying Louis Vuitton, Hermes, expensive cars, shoes, houses, dresses etc, blacks could industralize Africa, build banks and get rid of colonial institutions by putting them out of business.

INTERVIEWER:
What is your thought on failure of blacks after 150yrs?

JEWISH LEADER:
Well, nothing is ever the blackman's fault. His compulsive habit of killing his own, compulsive material consumption. His inability to build businesses or preserve wealth are usually somebody else's fault.

INTERVIEWER:
So what can blacks do to liberate themselves
JEWISH LEADER: Blacks must take responsibility. Blacks must unite. And vehemently fight corrupt leaders who run down their country and run to IMF as though IMF is Father Christmas.

Pls. forward this until it goes round the continent of Africa & particularly to our parasitic leaders.
We all need to learn our lessons quick and build our Nation.

And you think the idea is his and not the President? He is working on the Presidential order not to devalue the Naira and protect the reserves. Both the Presidnet and VP have reiterated this severally

Most people don't get this. They think CBN just created the policy from their dream without any reason. If we had continued the with the old ways of getting forex we wild have bn worst than this

I wonder what this govt was smoking when they implemented such draconian and harsh policy.

the first thing was to provide dollar ATM cards for them first before implementing that wicked policy.

Dollar ATM is still working. Its only naire card that won't work.

I guess most people don't understand the reason my restriction was put on atm. People think its to stop people from laundering money. It's way deeper than that. Its actually to save our foreign reserve

Wildrage:

Naira has fallen by more than 50% since Buhari and his gang of "do nothing but gallivant" came into power, the question is , what have they done to stem the downward spiral, Nothing. Instead of engaging in useless presumption of what could or could not have happened if Gej was still in power, what should detain u is what has been the fiscal policy of this administration? Something to complement the monetary policy of the CBN

Am not a part supporter but i think the APC govt as tried to stop the naira falln any further. CBN made some policies to slow the downward movement of the naira. They try to reduce the demand for dollar. E.g the BDC policy recently made that will reduce the excess Withdrawal in the Federal reserve. another one is the stoppage for depositing dollar into domicile accounts. Tho in the short run people who need dollar to Transact business would feel the burn but in the long run it will fix the naira. Especially if the oil price increases again.

minifuworld:
pls can someone analyse and educate me on how persistence increase in dollar affect common man on the street?

It does. It means goods bn brought in from outside the country would be more expensive because of the exchange rate. And in a country where almost everything is imported the infeffect on the common man would be felt. Example a ps4 is sold for $400 So as at January $400=80,000 exchange rate $1 to N200 now the same ps4 is still bn sold for $400 but since the exchange rate is now N260 it will now be sold for N104,000 in Nigeria. So you get the drift now?
Politics / Re: What Buhari Meant When He Promised To Make Naira Equal To A Dollar by dotunson(m): 5:19pm On Dec 18, 2015
Lol. But I predicted the fall of naira to a dollar when politicians where throwing dollars around durning election some of which was coming from our foreign reserves. Now its happening
